The item was delivered very late. After complaining to the SAM's CSR, approx 30mins after FedEx showed up with it. The box came badly damaged and opened so parts could fall out. I do not know if any parts were missing and was not willing to put the effort into finding out. How can Sam's allow an item to be shipped out with an open damaged box? The item was also very heavy so impossible for me to take it to the store to return. How do I request a return and exchange? ------------- Update: Sam's replaced the item. Wish I could give it 5 stars as the product itself is great and well thought out. It is very heavy but everything lined up making it super easy to assemble. You can do one unit of 6 shelves (you need two people to do this and have to secure it to the wall), or 2 sets of 3 shelves each. I did 2 shelves because it was too heavy to lift. It is sturdier than the smaller shelves. Now everything is organized.

I have purchased 30 or 40 of these shelving units for our factory floor and our maintenance crew finds them relatively easy to assemble. They come with a shelf liner which makes storing smaller parts easy as well as larger containers. I also feel they are a great for use in a very flexible manufacturing environment, casters included. I plan to purchase more for both work and home in the future.

This was the first purchase after buying new home, so I could get organized. I measured my storage room and bought two units for every three units of space, and then hooked them all together. So instead of a bunch of independent rolling units, I had a wall of single rolling unit. This way I only had to buy two units for three units of space, got more storage room for taller items because the shelves for two units was split among three units and so on. So Some I turned into clothes hanging unit or big box units with lots of space, and then used those extra shelves to install between shelving units. You can't do this trick after building, you have to plan it out beforehand. But it's great when you get it to work. I'll take some photos if anyone is interested and post them. But I can move entire walls of shelving with just me, no one else, and all at once since they are hooked together. I bought a couple of units for my garage but they rusted. So I would NOT recommend for areas with high humidity and road splash from cars pulling in.

I put two of these together by myself, and came up with this method: Assemble poles and wheels. Thread poles through the first shelf, and secure it as the bottom shelf. Lay the assembly on end, supported by four wooden blocks. I used pieces of 2x4. Set the plastic support pieces for the next shelf, and slide the shelf into place. Repeat for each shelf. You can move the blocks as needed. You could even assemble the lower shelves before screwing in the upper poles. Less chance for scratching. I might try that next time.

I bought this to go with the corner unit. After putting the corner unit together alone, I enlisted help with this one. It goes together fast and easy (with help) and is sturdy. The wheels are a plus for cleaning purposes. This would be a great unit to use for storage in the garage.

We have this shelf at work and it's very sturdy. Assembly is very easy. The biggest problem it one shelf was bent out of the box. The box was not damaged so it had to happen during manufacturing and packaging. I will buy again but inspection is needed before leaving the store.

I have several of these units in my garage and I love how sturdy they are. My first units were similar, but of lower quality. Seville makes excellent quality units that go together easily. You can set them up yourself or very quickly as a two person job. One thing to keep in mind, for maximum weight capacity, you do not use the wheels which make the units less stable and you do not want to tip one over with 600 lbs per shelf loaded. The only question I had was if it was worth $13 to have the unit delivered versus picking it up at Sams. Since Dad had the truck, I got it shipped right to the front door. I expect these units will last 20+ years. I would have given the unit a 5 star value rating, except they used to only cost $69.99 at Sams.

This product comes with plastic spacers that are meant to secure the shelving in place. The spacers do not snap on and therefore the fitting is not secure. I spent an hour trying to figure out why the spacers did not snap on, trying different spacers and different locations within the legs/poles but nothing worked.if this product is designed to hold 100+ lbs of weight I don’t see how the plastic spacers can hold over time even if you manage to secure the shelves temporarily. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from burying this product until the vendor can design another mechanism to secure the shelving. The pricing and the quality steel of this product was the reason I purchased this Product but you won’t get far if you can’t secure the shelving in place.

picked this up today and it went together very easily. Perfect and sturdy. When you think how much building shelves may cost, this product is better as it is on wheels. Also can be configured for 2 shelves one on wheels and one on legs with 3 shelves each. Just Great!

I think this is a great value! I read the reviews and some said it was hard to assemble ect ect but I found it very easy to assemble and I plan to buy a couple more in order to organize my garage. One of the best things for me is they are on wheels making it easy to move them loaded while I am in a transition of working on my house and garage. If you are looking for shelving where you want to clean under it every once in a while this will work great for you!
