I was somewhat skeptical that a pill with just a bunch of vitamins could help my painful feet, but very pleasantly surprised when it actually did!! It was not an overnight thing, but after about four weeks it definitely was much better, now after several months there are actually nights when my feet don't bother me. Try it!
