I love that the plate comes off. Now I will say that I will still be handwashing since it takes up so much room in the dishwasher. I realize why it was a good buy now. After making french toast... there was still food in the cracks but now it's way easier to clean that part! Glad I bought it!

It is so versatile. I can throw almost anything on there for a quick meal, oancakes, waffles, French toast, hamburgers, tortillas for tacos, quesadillas...etc.One thing that has me bothered. I can't seem to remove burn stains off the griddle. Tried whit vinegar, lime juice, soft scrub sponge, baking soda mixture. Nothing works as in the stains haven't fully disappeared.

This is by far the easiest and best griddle I have ever bought. Everything cooks evenly no matter the placement of food. The first thing I made was French Toast.. and I couldn't believe how evenly each sliced cooked ! I saw that Dash also makes waffle griddles and that will be my next purchase!

It heats up fast and works very well, with no sticking whatsoever. I hope it lasts. Cleaning is easy, but I wish the ceramic plate could be removed for better throughout cleaning.
