It cooks breakfast & dinner equally well. We bought it as a breakfast griddle, but I was very happy to learn I could cook our burgers on it too, as our BBQ hasn't been working lately. It drains fat from bacon & burgers very well & seems to cook evenly too.Best of all clean up is so easy...just remove the cord, lift off the top & pop it in the dishwasher!I would've liked a slightly larger cooking surface, but I understand the issue with making it larger...if it were bigger, it would be less likely to fit in the dishwasher...it's already a snug fit. So, we just cook bacon, then eggs & do hash browns in the toaster oven at the same time...it works for a ready to go breakfast for the family!

We use griddles all the time for eggs, sandwiches, pancakes, veggies, hotdogs, ect. Unfortunately, we have gone through so many due to breaking, uneven cooking, sticking, and other issues. This by far is the best griddle we have ever used! It is not only solid and sturdy, but heats evenly, quickly, and is non-stick. I honestly do not need to use butter for our sandwiches, but my kids prefer a buttery finish so I do apply some on them. My son also LOVES making pancakes on it! Be careful though, the first time I used it, I started on setting 2 and the half of sandwich (see pic) cooked too fast on one side. I definitely recommend starting at the lowest level and slowly increasing. I definitely recommended this product 💯!

It has been so good to cook multiple things at the same time so I cooked the green beans sautéed them and the chicken on it and heat up really fast. It's super easy to clean. It's really great especially on the go, if you have a camper or some sort of RV! It was great

Glad that it's dishwasher safe and easy to use. I wish the gauge for temperature didn't have an arbitrary 1-5 scale and actually indicated what temp in Fahrenheit for cooking purposes. Not intuitive at all from that perspective, other than that it looks great.

I am indifferent about this purchase. I chose Dash because I see their products everywhere... I've always wanted a griddle and never pulled the trigger on purchasing one and this year for cyber Monday I took the leap! I was SO EXCITED! I had to clean it up before use per the instructions I used a non abrasive sponge and used soap then water to get it off there... I made dinner and it was a big mess to clean up... it was then difficult to get clean using just the sponge I wanted to put it in my sink... but you can't? I looked up a video where there is a griddle you guys sell that the plate comes off of, I wish I would've gotten that one instead of this one that is attached. I'm disappointed that that wasn't made more clear. I expect brands to make it a point to help customers make the right product decision but stating there's kinds of things more openly, but I unfortunately learned the hard way. Besides that, it was nice cooking on the product, it was the aftermath/ cleaning that upset me.

Super useful I have used it to heat up several tortillas at once and Gordita's as well so don't only limit this product to cooking also think of it as a great way to reheat and it is easy to clean I would recommend using foil on greasy things

The color is a beautiful sage green shade that is just lovely. The griddle has a decent size cooking space and is non stick. I was able to cook an entire meal at once with just this appliance. The griddle heats up very quickly and has even heat distribution throughout. We made fajitas and cooked everything in less than 20mins on medium heat. The clean up was super simple and quick just wipe down the griddle once cooled and clean out the grease trap underneath. It's perfect and I will be using this for several recipes. The manual came with a few recipes to try ranging from breakfast,lunch and dinner. Check it out, Great quality!

I will update my review when I cook on it tonight or tomorrow. Looks quite nice. However I've never seen this sort of power supply and the tip that plugs into the griddle looks somewhat crudely welded off or something. I doubt it will be an issue though.
