I thought I ordered a WRIST monitor but got a upper arm monitor and my wife has fat arms and wants to know if we can send it back in exchange for a wrist BP monitor? It should work better for her. Carol A Williams

Works very well, just be aware that you can't print reports from the app, unless you pay for a premium upgrade. I was disappointed that this feature wasn't included

Accurate and easy to use

It's not accurate

Omron advertises that purchase includes a "free" blue tooth smartphone connection app. That is true, but what they do not tell you prior to purchase is that it will cost you a minimum of $9.99 per month to use the app to send BP readings to your smartphone. This product is about $20 more expensive than one without the app. Slippery advertising!!!

I LOVE the monitor itself. A zillion useful features. I don't care about storing info on the machine because I'm using an app so I can easily share data with my doctor. On the advice of other users, I ditched the Omron app for the Med M. I prefer its averages and charts. What I absolutely HATE is the cuff part. It's very hard and stiff, but the worst part is that it's too long. It goes from my armpit to the crease of my elbow with zero from to spare. There's no way I can get the required half inch of clearance. It pinches, and I'm not sure I'm getting accurate readings. I called the company and after much discussion, I was told I should go with the Gold model instead. It does all the same things but has a soft cuff included. There's no option to change the cuff on my machine. I think this is a big failing on Omron's part. Also I can't find that model for less than $30 over what I paid for this model. So bottom line: great machine, bad cuff.

Not consistent

I purchased this in March ( to replace my other Omron because of the cuff ) It's been great up till now. However, once again the cuff on this most recent one is failing.It doesn't always inflate correctly and now it's not sticking. I cannot keep buying new units because of the cuff failing. Also the readings are hit and miss regarding accuracy (probably due to the cuff issues although it may be unrelated) . I need this to work as it's vital for my bed bound paralyzed husband's regular monitoring. I am losing faith in this brand despite being a loyal customer for many years.

Easy to use. Not portable, but I like that I don't have to use batteries. Seems accurate.
