I thought I ordered a WRIST monitor but got a upper arm monitor and my wife has fat arms and wants to know if we can send it back in exchange for a wrist BP monitor? It should work better for her. Carol A Williams

I use this every day and it is accurate. I took it to the doctor's office. He compared it with his reading and it was very, very close. Almost exact.

Easily connects to app on iPhone, not as easily to Android. Bought because it is supposed to work with AliveCor app. Sometimes it does well, sometimes not so well.

I liked the convenience of picking up the product but make sure you have the right store. I went to 3 locations before I found the right store. The blood pressure machine is very good. It was recommended by our doctor, too.

Returning this item as this model doesn't sync with my phone. And the add said it had an adaptor so you could charge it but thatvia apparently an add on item.

Love that it’s a Bluetooth, makes it so easy to share your BP with your doctor. You can even email it. It is a stiff cuff so a little difficult to get on and if you have really fat arms it won’t fit.

Omron has changed their rules and did not tell customers. Now you must agree to use OMron's "Bi-Link" which is a Cloud company w/terrible reviews. I will not put my personal data on the Cloud. So both reasons are why I'm returning this product.
