[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress has negatively impacted my quality of life by giving me ongoing back pain, interrupted sleep and exhausted days. This mattress was not even 6 months old when it began to sag in the sections where we sleep, especially where my husband sleeps. When my husband would get into bed, I would roll downhill towards him. I never have back pain or back issues, but this mattress has consistently given me a sore back from sleeping on it. I'm very disappointed with the quality of this product. When I called customer service, they said I had to file a warranty online and the service representative sounded frustrated that she even had to tell me this. Overall, such a disappointing and frustrating experience. We purchased this mattress after previously owning a Stearns and Foster mattress for over 10 years, which had held up wonderfully. My husband bought this current one for me as a birthday present after having my third baby, and I hate that it caused me more pain postpartum than anything else. The pain and discomfort now wake me up multiple times a night, so much so that I end up in my kids' bed. I would not recommend this company based on their rude customer service and process or this product; shop elsewhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a light sleeper and my husband tosses and turns, so with our prior mattress it was rough getting a good night sleep. We are so happy with the new split king lux estate adjustable mattress. It's soft but firm, and we love that we can put our head or feet up independently. Neither of us wakes up with back pain like we used to and most of all, my husband can move all he wants and it doesn't interrupt my sleep. The only thing I don't love about it is sometimes after adjusting each mattress, you have to push it back over a little to the center to push them together. I wish the mattress had a backing similar to a rug for no slipping against the frame so this doesn't happen. Even with that, still great purchase and experience for us! Easy to order online and the delivery guys were great.

This mattress is so comfortable I fall asleep so fast and I wake up pain free. No hip or shoulder pain. Love my new bed. So glad we made the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After 15 years we had had enough of our sleep number bed and wanted an upgrade. We visited many furniture showrooms and laid on many beds but kept coming back to Stearns and Foster. For various reasons we bought our bed directly from Stearns and Foster and found their customer service to be top rate. We are primarily side sleepers and found this medium firmness bed gave us the proper support. It's been two weeks now and so far are very happy with our decision. We are not only sleeping better and longer but wake up more rested and with less aches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Lux Estate Pillow Top Medium mattress to replace a five-year-old Mail order foam mattress. We are very happy we did. Absolutely beautiful mattress and looked very well made. So nice looking hated to cover it with sheets. After one week we find it very very comfortable and are sleeping better on it than the old foam mattress. Seems much more comfortable and body shaping than the old mattress and sleeps cooler at night also. A very pleasant sleeping experience so far. Worth the money to get a superior mattress. Would recommend this mattress to anyone looking for quality. John L.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very comfortable mattress. It remains stable while my wife is tossing and turning on her side of the bed. No bounce. It is very well made. The only downside is because of the materials and construction of the mattress, it is heavy. This is a minimal tradeoff for the quality of the mattress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered this product and the adjustable base on May 29, 2023. It was to be delivered on June 20, 2023. HOWEVER, only the base was delivered. Somehow, somewhere the mattress went missing. It took one week to "track" the mattress before an order for another mattress was placed. FINALLY, the mattress was delivered on July 27, 2023. I had a S&F mattress before and loved it. Which is why I ordered another one. I would NOT recommend ordering any product from the S&F website. Customer service was non-existent.

This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

But nope, it's been perfectly comfortable from day one (and my back is grateful)! I'd fallen in love with a friend's old old Stearns and Foster mattress (did I mention I have back pain?), so I decided to buy my own, and what a difference it's made. I'd had a 15 year old Sleep Number before, which had broken down and was extremely painful to sleep on. The Stearns and Foster I fell in love with was at least that old and wasn't broken down, thus my decision to purchase one, and look forward to many years of use. From the smooth online ordering to the delivery timing and customer service, I couldn't be happier, so I'd definitely recommend investing in this mattress (for reference, I have preferred a soft mattress before this).
