I am a 6'2", 220 lb sleeper. My wife is a bit shorter a lighter. I'm a back and side sleeper. She is a side sleeper. If I don't have good back support, my low back will not like it. If the top is too hard, my wife's shoulders and hips will be heard about. We have never had a king size bed. OMG. And the mattress makes us both very happy. We do have to spin the mattress every 1-2 months (we have owned it about 3-4 mos now so maybe did it twice, just to mix up the pillow top a bit. I have to emphasize, my wife is picky, she is very happy.

After being recommended this mattress through an in-store evaluation machine, I ended up purchasing it online instead. I’m so glad I did. It’s incredibly comfortable, and the biggest difference is that I no longer wake up sore. Supportive without feeling too firm (or too soft),and it’s made a noticeable improvement in how I feel in the mornings.

Suffer from a bad back. The firm mattress gave me the comfort and support needed for a good night’s rest. Just after one night, could feel the difference. Woke up refreshed. Wife says she hasn’t seen me sleeping this soundly in years. The mattress is absolutely perfect!

This is my second Stearns & Foster mattress. We upgraded from a queen to a king and the only thing that kept me from doing it sooner was that I LOVED my mattress so much. It was at least 9 years old and was still just like new. It looked gorgeous, no sags, and I slept like an angel for 9+ years. I finally purchased a bigger bed and my best friend begged for my old mattress for her guest room. We ordered almost exactly the same thing (the product names had changed over the years) and we couldn't be happier. STILL great quality and amazing service. It's so pretty it's a shame to cover it up. And I'm still sleeping like an angel! This bed will last forever. Finally found a mattress that does exactly as it advertises. My husband & I both suffer from shoulder & neck pain. We've struggled to get that perfect mattress without success. Well that's over !! So comfortable, slept like babies & woke up pain free. So happy we made this purchase. And delivery was quicker than estimated.

The mattress is a dream to sleep in and holds up very nicely to make a very sleep inducing but firm holding experience for my back and body. The mattress with the topper is a little thicker and sits higher than I imagined it would, but for the sleep I'm having I do no mind.

I just purchased an SF through mattress firm. I am so disappointed, especially for the high cost. I struggle with back pain, and this mattress sinks in the middle. My husband and I feel ourselves rolling into the center. This should provide far more support than it does.

Stearns and foster was my mattress of choice some 20 years ago. I needed a new bed and picked another brand. What regrets. I woke with pain all night long switching from 1 side to the other to try to sleep. I finally realized I needed to return to the brand I chose years ago. What a difference. No more pain during the night, no more pressure points keeping me awake. Love my new mattress. My husband, who wasn’t happy about making a new purchase and getting rid of a 4 year old mattress is so relieved we went back to Stearns and foster. My son loves his and my sister has just placed an order.

We recently went to a friends house and we were fortunate enough to sleep on this mattress. I was experiencing severe pain in my L5 S1 vertebrae. The night that I slept on this mattress for the first time in a long time, I actually got a good nights rest. The following week when we were home, we opted to buy this mattress as it had proved to be a mattress that I could actually sleep on and rest on without having pain in my lower back.

This is the worst mattress I have ever owned and I’ve owned some pretty inexpensive brands and spend about 200 nights a year in Hampton Inn hotels who use who knows what brand and really thought this mattress was going to be life changing. Prior to purchase I laid on a gimmicky pressure pad and was told this mattress is my best fit and I can say that I regret wasting money on this mattress. I wake every morning around 4am to go to gym and since buying this mattress I’ve had to delay my workouts for hours until my back stops aching.
