I had a 2021 Model Sterns And Foster Reserve Cal King bed and it was the best bed I have ever experienced. When my movers damaged my mattress, I went right out and bought another one of the same model. When the bed arrived I noticed several things had changed. Even though it had the same name and softness, the mattress was completely different. First off, the quality of the covering material is much lower. Seems to be made of some sort of polyester or nylon. The new covering material allows your sheets slide around on the bed when you move or roll over in bed. The new material also seems to hold body heat. I have never had a problem with sleeping hot, but this new mattress makes me and my spouse very warm at night. Lastly, the new bed has tufting that has very firm knots in the center of the tufts. Making for a lumpy bed with hard spots all over it. I found myself not able to find a comfortable position, and always being disturbed by high and low spots as well as hard knots all over the bed. Its a shame because the 2021 model I replaced had none of these issues. After trying to get used to the mattress for 30 days I ended up returning it. Sadly, it seems all the Reserve collection mattresses have this cover and tufting. I would recommend trying out the mattress in a store before purchase. I am still giving 2 stars because other than the issues with the cover, the bed is a nice product.

So comfortable, I don't sleep well usually not past 4am. But since I replaced my mattress with this one I've been sleeping till 5-6 am. And my body feels more rested. I am a customer not paid to write this. I have MS and this bed has made a very big difference. You won't sleep warm on it. It's worth the investment.

We have had this mattress for a year and a half and already replacing it! Worst mattress ever for the high dollar price it was! We gave it a chance in the beginning thinking it just needed breaking in but then it was past the time to return it. So poorly made that you feel every lump, the indentations stay put and you roll into them each night and feels like you are going to roll out of bed. You feel every movement of the other one. I suffer from fibromyalgia and I have never felt this bad with body aches and pains after a sleep. We both now need physical therapy to fix our problems. Husband has back issues that have worsened as well. Can't even turn over without difficulty! From leg pain, hip pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, and muscles spasms this mattress has caused more issues than it's worth. Don't even get me started on how HOT it sleeps! We wake up in sweats! Literally money wasted on this S & F Lux Estate pillow top medium edition. Never again. I do not recommend this product.

My wife and I are on our second Stearns and Foster mattress. The first failed under warranty luckily and was replaced with our current mattress. Our experience with our current mattress is the same. Both sides have indentations and valleys that create a poor night's sleep. My wife is under 110 ponds and I am around 175 so I dont think our weight is an issue. Customer service will not replace this mattress stating "it is still within limits". By the way, this mattress is only 3 years old. Our next mattress will not be a Stearns and foster.

But once I lay down on this bed, the support and comfort it offers is 2nd to NONE! I am amazed! My back pain has lessened and I wake up feeling more rested each day than with my previous mattress. I don't toss and turn and wake up all night anymore. I highly recommend this mattress for anyone with back issues like nerves pinched, sciatica or even just frequent muscle spasms and such. This will help you like it did me!

I was scared when I sat on it how much it sinks in and it is definitely the softest mattress I've ever owned, but my sleep was amazing! It is so soft and you sink in quite a bit and as a side sleeper I thought it might not be comfortable all night. Instead of not being comfortable I had one of the most restful sleeps ever. Even my Oura ring next morning showed me that my sleep was excellent and that there was barely any movement all night.

It's this beautiful blue and has a fun design on it. The material they used is also very soft. Now on to the mattress itself. The mattress was so comfortable! I wasn't sure if it was going to be too firm for me, but the medium was absolutely perfect. I felt like Goldilocks when she found the "just right" bed I slept like a baby (with 3 kids that's always a plus) and woke up without any weird kinks in my neck or any discomfort. I would absolutely recommend this bed!

Was very surprised before i start let me say i recieved this mattress as part of a promotion and was blessed to get to review it. I like the handles in the side makes it easier to move around. 2nd thing I noticed was the little air holes on side. Was super excited about that I'm a hot sleeper live in Texas can say I think this idea actually works its not like a ice box bit I diffenelty seem to be cooler at night not so stuffy . So that wad a major bonus with me . It's pretty tall when you put it on a box spring I really like that. Get deep pockets sheets also. Havnt had any issues with sheets coming off so that another thing I like usually sheet is half off by morining. And I received the soft lux hybrid first time with a mattress with memory foam. And I loved it. I like that it's a hybrid so you get the benefits of both memory foam and springs. I'm a side sleeper and havnt woke up to my shoulder hurting and that is awsome. The only thing is that my and my husband I feel end up in the middle some nights leaning on each other and with it being soft it feels like you kinda sink in but I like it and love it first luxury mattress I have owned and it did not disappoint. This mattress is outrageous. Prior to purchasing, layed on the other top brands. This mattress, from the time you lay on it feels so luxurious. I know preferences differ, but for me, there's nothing like the experience. It helps to melt away the anxiety, especially with the base Temper Ergo Smart). At this point, there's nothing I don't love about it.
