After 3 back surgeries and continuing back problems for many years, I had accepted waking every morning with back pain. And then I slept on a Stearns and Foster luxe mattress while visiting a family member . For the first time, I awoke with NO back pain. I couldn't believe it! In the end, after talking directly with a company representative, I ordered the higher reserve model, and I'm glad I did. This bed has been exceptional since it arrived. I tried other well known mattresses for years, that required special sheets, and had bulky platforms. None of them even come close to this magnificent bed. The platform is compact, and any deep pocket sheet fits perfectly. Iis expensive, but worth every penny. Given how much of our lives are spent sleeping, it is an investment in your health that is well worth making. I awake refreshed and ready for the day. Thank you Stearns and Foster for such an excellent product!

This is a pretty fantastic mattress, it offers lots of support, you can tell it's very high quality. The mattress I was sleeping on before was only two years old and never offered this type of support, this mattress literally hugs your body and doesn't put extra pressure on your joints. Me and my Beau, both have been sleeping on this mattress and have been sleeping much better and more soundly, my Beau has said his back and legs hurt less since we started using this mattress, it's also much quicker to get comfortable which has resulted in less tossing and turning. I would absolutely buy this product and recommend it to anyone looking for a new mattress, that is not only comfortable but provides support, it's worth every penny. The mattress itself is very luxurious looking, it has a nice blue and a beautiful pattern on the pillow top, you can see how high quality the stitching is and the soft handles make it very easy to move, it is a bit heavy-duty but I think that adds to the fact it's made to last. My mattress was about 6 years old and I was waking up to hip and back pain every day, so I was in the market for a new mattress. This mattress is heavy, and the fabric is soft. At first I was concerned that it would be too firm, as it is much firmer than my old mattress. However, the firmness must be what I needed. This mattress is not too firm at all and provides really good support for my hips and back. I am finding that I am sleeping better, waking up less during the night in pain and waking up in the morning with almost no pain. I would definitely recommend this mattress to those looking for a firm and supportive option.

The S&F Estate Plush is a great mix of support and softness. I am a side sleeper and sleep occasionally on my back. I exchanged a S&F Lux Estate Medium PT for this mattress, I sank too much into it causing lower back pain. This one is perfect and costs less.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the highest quality mattresses I have ever felt. It is so thick and soft and feels like I am at the best spa in the world when laying on it. It is very heavy so two people are needed for moving! I found that although it is soft, I don't totally sink in which is good!! I have already recommended to friends and family.

I started off with a Bed Tech copper lux soft mattress. We had a cold winter and my bedroom became cold. The Bed Tech mattress turned hard as a brick. I was miserable. I then tried a medium firmness Tempur-Pedic supreme overlay for the Bed Tech mattress. I I was miserable because it was too firm. I then tried an Adapt Tempur-Pedic overlay for the mattress. That was not comfortable either. I then went with a Saatva overlay for the mattress. That did not work and was not soft enough. Saatva then told me to order a feather overlay for the Saatva overlay mattress. I was sent two and both of them were contaminated with horrible odors that I could not use. I was so uncomfortable that I decided to get rid of everything and start all over again. I went with a full Estate soft pillow top. I love it. At first it was somewhat firmer than I liked but I have had it now for about 40 days and it is getting very soft and comfortable. I am now comfortable and am looking forward to going to bed rather than dreading it. It was expensive and a big financial burden but it is worth a good nights sleep.

We have only had the mattress a few days but so far, we have enjoyed restful sleep. The "SF Estate Soft" mattress is actually a "firm" mattress but is very comfortable; not too firm and not too soft. We paired it with an adjustable frame and enjoy the ability to choose a slightly inclined position for the head and foot area. I think we made a good choice for ourselves. Stearns and Foster has been in business many decades and if their mattresses were not superior, I don't think they would still be in business.

We have been sleeping on this mattress for the past two weeks and our back pain is gone! I often find myself drawn back to my bed just to chill/snuggle on it. Highly recommend, best sleep ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress is really great. It is firm enough that I do not sink into it, but it isn't hard either. It is thick enough that all of the new sheets fit it too. I hadn't had this brand of mattress before this one and I wish I had tried it sooner. Other mattresses I had in the past were always too soft. This mattress being firm is going to help my back pain and I'm already sleeping better. We had a Stearns and foster queen size mattress and upgraded to king size. There was not any sleep adjustment noticed at all. Extremely comfortable and the size is a bonus. Our first night sleep was what we expected from Stearns and foster. Very happy with our purchase!
