Bought this hand truck/dolly to use with our PA equipment. We have a music Ministry and many times the distance from vehicle to stage area is a good distance. Our old hand truck required multiple trips. This works perfectly in the laid down position to get all the equipment in one trip. Did have to lube the swivel casters to get them to spin as needed. Works great on sidewalks, tile, carpet and wood floors. So happy we found this item!

Very handy, well made, collapses incredibly compact but it’s very important that you understand that the main wheels are spring loaded and snap/retract into place during the storage process. The main wheels are a definite pinch point if you don’t understand how to operate the mechanism and know keep your fingers clear when folding. That said, I love it but the mfg. needs to improve the instructions on how to collapse the unit.

Great price. I don’t need a cart or dolly to move super heavy things, this one fits my needs perfectly. I like that it can be used as a cart or dolly. Easily folds once you get the hang of it. I’ve used it to bring things from my car to the garage with ease. I am helping my son move this weekend so it will be put to the test. So far I am very pleased.

Great cart, functionality is highly recommended. The Shifter XL's extendable handle is necessary for me because I'm 6'2" tall and the regular Shifter cart is too short. Easily stores in compact form. (Be mindful of the spring loaded wheels when you fold it up! But one star off because the chartreuse green handles are just plain ugly. What were they thinking?

High quality-built and no plastic! No assembly. Easy rolls. I purchased to put my heavy generator on and it works great. Rolled into a closet and it’s ready to go. Others were more expensive and cheaply built. This is a good investment at a very low price.

I bought this equipment just before relocating to another state. It was very easy to use and saved my back from having to carry several heavy items. The 2-in-1 feature is genius! I wish it could climb stairs, but it’s not designed for that purpose. Nonetheless, it’s a handy tool and I highly recommend.

Handy cart for hauling all kinds of things. Used this for a move. Now use it to haul things from the car into buildings. The base is not flat when in the cart position so you can’t haul small things unless they are in something else. Takes a little time to get used to all the possibilities. Be careful when closing because the larger wheels snap shut. Watch your fingers and don’t let children try and close it.

The hand truck is helpful, but it has a bit too much plastic that makes it sort of jittery. Additionally, when in the fully upright position, the angle is >90 degrees, so the lady you're carrying sort of shifts weight to where you don't want it: Off of the base plate.

Easily opens from flat to cart position, and easy to convert to/from two-wheeled truck position with the flip of a handle, and folds closed with the press of a button. My only complaints are: 1) When it's standing in upright, two-wheeled truck position; it leans back a little (like the connection to the foot is a bit loose). 2) when using as a cart, the bed is a little small (the foot does fold flat to handle slightly large items)
