We’ve recently had an issue, and Forno has been slow to reply.

There is no one to talk with. Only email contact. T tried several times no response

Amazing and beautiful range.. easy install, works perfect and beautiful to look at

had my stove for about 1 month and so far so good hopefully this is the last stove i will ever need

When we start oven, oven is heating slowly and getting lot of time to reach desired temp

different parts, possibly incorrect parts. Propane conversion kit is not clear.

Their a few things that needed to be replaced and customer service sent it out fast.

Pretty range but has been broken for more than half of my time owning it

Product works well, signing up was easy. Hopefully any warranty repairs will be as easy, Thanks

We are still waiting on confirmation and tracking information for our replacement parts.
