Fabulous cookies once you get the baking right. Place them on parchment lined baking pan and thaw for two hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes. They will be perfect. I went through three dozen before I figured out the steps. Thawing is crucial.

If you like it sweeter, bake it longer. But if you want it less sweet, follow the instructions for baking it at 325°F for between 13 and 15 minutes, which I find perfect!
