Cat runs to this one over the other non Sam's club exclusive version for some reason? Not sure what's different but the food is a little bigger pieces but the cats much prefer the taste of this one with the bigger pieces.

My cats HATE this. I've bought it a couple times and every time my cats hate it and do not want to eat it. It's 6 cats turning their noses up to this and they are not picky. Avoid.

Not sure what had changed but my cats went through one bag of meow mix fine and in the next batch 2 of them can't handle to hold the food in to digest it, most likely switching to a meat based protein source

I would not recommend this cat food. It made both of my kitties sick repeatedly and they were hardly eating the food. Leaving left over food in their bowls which is highly unlike them!

Bought this item 3-weeks ago. Meow Mix hasn't been a problem before. This exclusive to Sam's Club mix has an odd chemical odor (much stronger than fish oil) not found in smaller lots purchased from WalMart. After 2-weeks of eating the food one cat was losing weight and hair and the other cat couldn't keep the food down. We may try the Friskie's from Sam's but may stick with the smaller lots from WalMart.

This was the only dry cat food they had available and I was like "Why did we stop buying Meow mix?". So I bought a bag. A day later "Oh that's right." Cats threw it all up around the house. This cat food is garbage. If you love your little buddies, avoid this.

I pour this into a smaller container and upon doing so there were a couple of brown chunks almost the size of my forearm. I contacted the manufacturer to make sure that the food was safe for cats to eat and there had been no recalls. After I sent them photos they never responded again. The bag was not damaged and this was not clumped cat food. I feed feral cats and was trying to save money with this but now it's just wasted money because I can't use it not knowing what is in it.

There is no real meat of any kind in this dry cat food. Read the ingredients.

I previously bought this for my 2 cats and it did not agree with their stomachs. They kept throwing up. We will stick with the Purina from now on.

It's now Sam's club mix and my cats won't eat it. The whole bag is nothing but crumbs. I had to throw it out and buy a different brand. Buyer beware.
