This is the kibble with the different shapes. The other MMix are sort of like square donuts with a filling. Cat has a slight preference to the donut formulation but is happy to eat all she can get of this version. She also prefers this to her v. pricey wet food. Most wet foods she holds in considerable contempt.

In an ideal world I wouldn’t have to rely on packaged cat food but in the mean time this seems to be sufficient, although I’m unsure of how healthy it is for them. Two cats, both strays who have adopted us, with one of them perfectly fine with this food. The other one, not so much but he will eat it when he has to….but that’s because he tries holding out for the expensive wet food. The neighbor’s cats seem to enjoy it more than he does. It is a large amount and heavy (32 lbs) and the price is comparable to most any other brand of similar size. Packaging is fairly strong so it doesn’t easily rip or tear and Sams will ship it to me if I want or need it shipped. (We live about 35 miles from Sams)

It is true that this food is very cheap. But it can be more expensive when the cat then gets sick. I leave this review as a warning because my cat was healthy before she started eating this meal. From the beginning, she liked it, but after a few months I saw her urinating with blood, and when I took her to the vet, she was an infection in her kidneys. She has always drunk water without any problem. Since I changed her food, it is fine again.

Our cats are not pets, they are barn cats - some part wild and some friendly. We want to humanely provide for their basic needs and safety in appreciation for their service. Meow mix provides the nutrition and gives them the energy necessary to live the life of farm cats. Some have become up in years on this economical diet.

I have two outdoor male cats who at different times adopted me, so I have to feed them! This was my first cat food purchase from Sams and I was happy to see that both cats liked it well enough to eat it. As far as nutritionally good for them? I don’t know, but the same size bag from Walmart is $10.00 MORE than this bag from Sams. Personally, I like that part myself.

My outside cats have eaten this food mixed with a half can wet food every night for years. They also get it on demand durning the winter months, which can be every 3 to 4 hours when it gets cold. Now before i get slammed on outdoor cats, all of them adopted me. Thanks to uncaring people thatbpur them out and never look back. Seems 4 is the magic number. This feed keeps them shinning and healthy.

Great price for ok product. This cat food is pretty cheap. If money is tight it’s a great deal. But it is not the highest quality cat food. For instance, there’s die to make the pieces different colors. But it’s tasty, all of my cats love it.

Made all of our cats very sick after eating. 4 of our cats had vomiting & diarrhea for almost a week, and stopped eating altogether, after eating this brand from Sam’s Club. I would not recommend. We returned this to the store and let them know about the problem.

We feed feral cat colonies and the occasional stray. Top shelf pet food is a waste in this situation. Been using this for years and the feral cats seem to like it. Additionally we have wild raccoons that come by nightly for a meal. Again the raccoons gobble it up and there is nothing left in the morning. For our pets we step up and use another brand. For mass feeding feral cats and animals it can’t be beat.

I feed my 2 cat, 2 (possibly more) in chicken pens at night and 1 down the road living under an empty trailer house. They like Meow Mix more than any other. I had them not touch one brand, never did figure out why all 5 left it untouched every time I gave it to them. Plus feeding this many cats , the DELIVERIES of 32 lb bags helps me tremendously .
