Animals will starve if waiting for shipping!

I have been a loyal Sam's Club customer for at least 5 years or more. I moved 7 months ago and now have my cat and dog food shipped. Each time I order the delivery date, it gets later! Delivery was taking a week or so. This time, the estimated delivery is a 17 days wait!!! MORE THAN HALF A MONTH!!! I am trying to save money but wasn't expecting shipping to be so delayed!!! I have no animal food for 3 dogs and 5 cats (2 strays). ETA IS 7 days away!!! I'm on a tight budget, and with high prices in the store, I have no choice but to buy dog food somewhere else till shipment comes! No more being stressed out on how my animals will have food every day. I'm done with Sam's Club!!!

What changed??

The pieces were much smaller than usual in the last bag I purchased. My multiple cats used to love it. Now they won't even touch it. I could understand if it was just one cat.... However I have several and none of them will eat it. What changed beside the size of the bites? Very disappointed. Going to have to find another kind for them to eat. :(
