Don't do it!

If you are looking for extra support this is not it. Also, if you don't like it and want to return it, it would be nearly be impossible because is it pressure drawn to fit in a smaller box so unless you want to haul it back to the store dragging it, leave it on the shelf. Very disappointed for the price.

reply from Serta Team

Hi there, thank you so much for taking the time to review your mattress topper, your feedback is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that the mattress topper is not providing you with the extra support you are looking for. Toppers are typically designed to add more softness to the mattress, not support. Sam’s Club offers a 100% member satisfaction guarantee for additional assistance please reach out to Sam’s Club member phone number 385-256-9674. We hope this helps!

It’s a good one

I have tried others that get hot when you sleep and this one does not get hot at all and is also very comfortable. I recommend it.

Super Soft

This phone topper is incredibly comfortable. However if you need a little more firmness for your back, do not get this. It is extremely soft. How did a year and it seems even softer now.
