Refills are really easy to use and last a long time

Product works well, but takes a while before it starts repelling mosquitoes.

The product is effective to keep mosquitoes away, but a 36 hour rated cartridge only last around 19 hours.

The battery runs out quickly, there is not an auto shut off. The product is expensive. Challenging to set up and use.

Being stuck at home in 2020 made me want to enjoy my backyard more. I had tried various mosquito control products, but nothing worked other than generous application of insect repellent all over myself. My wife saw this product had good recommendations so I decided to give it a try. Much to my surprise, it performs pretty much as advertised. Since using it I have experienced few if any mosquito bites--I was one of those unlucky individuals who would get bitten almost immediately. So I'm all in for this product and have purchased multiple refills so I can enjoy my backyard for the rest of the season.

We love the convenience and effectiveness of the Radius and the ease of refilling - pop the top and insert a new cartridge and done. We use a Gen 1 and Gen 2 Radius and it's certainly nice that the same cartridge fits both. For the relatively small price difference, and for the amount of time it works, we keep just the 40 hour refills on hand.

I used two of these on several recent camping trips. Two going at the same time, on a picnic table at a campsite, really did seem to drive away the mosquitos, despite my doubts. I wish the charge lasted a little longer, and I wish they'd charge faster, but those are nitpicks compared to the effectiveness. Note that I only tested them out in pretty calm weather; I don't know yet how they'll work in windy conditions.

I am sorry to say I am not very impressed with your product! It works but only for a short period of time! Does not keep mosquitos away for more than an hour! I bought it to last through a dinner outside and I am sad that it does not last that long!
