The refills are outrageously expensive. I feel very ripped off that I bought the device and cannot afford the refills. The ones I did buy were not even filled.

First time we are able to sit in our back patio without me getting bit. Still on first refill over 8 hrs and plenty left. Charge on base lasted 4 uses so far.

BUT...it absolutely does not last for 36 hours. I think, as expensive as this product is, it would be nice if it lasted as promoted. Also the battery only holds a charge for 3 hours then takes almost as long to recharge.

Bought the radius about 2 weekends ago, worked great. Problem is we can’t source the refills. This device is useless w/o sufficient availability of refills. For that reason, Most likely returning the unit.

This is works great! I have recommended this to many people. However, just like a lot of customers on here the refills are Impossible to get. Are they even making them anymore?

how do i know when it is time to replace my refill? it is obvious when it is time to recharge, but what about the refill?

I bought a Radius for our trip out west last summer. It is an awesome little device. We didn’t have any problems with any insects.

Product works great but extremely hard to find refills. Few stores carry them and are always not available.
