I love this little thing. We built a beautiful back porch but couldn’t use it due to mosquitoes. I read about this little gadget it was very skeptical. It was cheaper then screening in our porch so I said what the heck and I’m so glad I did. We did have a problem with the first device because the magnets were so strong after a while it cracked the plastic. I was so upset because we used it everyday. I called customer services and Sally was super nice and sent me a new device. I would highly recommend this to device to anyone.

This is very effective, but I use it sparingly because I hate throwing the empty cartridges in the trash. We just don't need more plastic waste, and it would seem that these cartridges could be easily refilled. I'd happily pay for bulk refill liquid and whatever refill apparatus if any is required. From me personally, your revenues would increase (I'd use it much more often) and your company would get some well justified environmental cred.

I was never even able to use the product, because it is so defective and poorly made. Before I could even use it the first time, it turned on while charging and the entire cartridge was spent in my bedroom. I bought a second refill, and the entire thing leaked all over my bag (which contained only sweaters, nothing hard or sharp that could have broken anything, and I kept it in the original box to ensure no damage). Don’t waste your money - you won’t even be able to use the product.

I bought these because we have friends with the other model. We thought these would be better than older models. They are NOT. They arrived and refills from both were almost emptied. They leaked. I think I will trade for older ones if they still have them. I will be returning the ones we have. Very disappointed. I expected more from ThermaCELL.

I bought this thinking, I know this company it should be a great product. It came with a 12 hour refill which is half empty after 3 hours. This doesn’t work for me. Plus the cost of the refills are outrageous. It did help a lot with cutting down mosquitoes within an eight foot circle. I wouldn’t call it a zone of protection!

HI, just purchased your product which works very well.... BUt I am very disappointed with the fact that you have a heavy plastic throw away refill cartrige system. should I have lnow this, I will not have purchased. In these times where plastic polutions is really a major wordwide problem. a simple solution would be to sell a bottle of your repelent which would be used to fill the cartridge , and not throw away the cartrige every time..! common guys really !!

The quality of the refills has diminished since I purchased this product over a year ago. It is still effective, however, in no way does it last as long as they advertise. Recently, it has not lasted half as long. I’m not sure if there has been a change in the solution but it is not what it used to be in duration. The refills are definitely overpriced. In addition, there should be a bottle to refill cartridges with in order to throw away less plastic. Thermacell can do better.

Usually when I buy a product like this to try , I wind up bringing it back cause it did NOT live up to the hype. This product WENT WELL BEYOND THE HYPE. WE had a terrible squit problem our our back porch. There’s an artificial tree which had been squit central , motel squit 6. However , checkout came early the next day after I put this wonderful product close to the squit hotel. Everyone checked out early AND I MEAN EVERYTHING. THANK U THANK U THANK U WE NOW OWN OUR BACK PATIO AGAIN.

I consumed the refill that came with the device and now when Iam looking to purchase a refill , and its sold out from online/instore retailers. So the device is useless or I have to pay multiple the price for refills in the black market. I would appreciate thermcell to make the refills available or refund my device.

I took my machine to use it and saw that all the liquide in the machine (refill) is lost. And I have a friend that the same happen….. at the cost of the refill is …. This is crazy
