Serta Luxury Sleeper Sofa Pet Bed, Choose Size & Color

This is perfect for the dog owners with the XL dog breed.

XL dog bed

Love the light weight and mellow styling.  Impulse purchase while in the store.

Main foam is basic egg-crate foam, nothing special.  Definitely not deserving of the Serta name.

Terrible choice to sew-in the bolster stuffing.   You need a really larger washer to clean this bed.  I haven't found one yet, so I'm very worried about how it will come out.

Hard to live with

I've got a grey hound and they scratch before laying down. It's been maybe 6 weeks and it's time to replace.

I'd pass

Best dog bed we've ever owned! Memory foam holds its shape! Sides and back provide support and a cozy feel. Our English Lab loves it!

Best Dog Bed!

Large enough for both my 60 & 70 pound dogs to share, but not overwhelmingly large. It is soft, yet firm enough for my elderly dogs with hip arthritis. I would definitely buy another one when needed.

Great bed for the price

I ordered 2 of these beds for my 2 labs. I've purchased Serta beds for them before, but the fabric on these is very thin and ripped on day one. Disappointed in the quality.

Cheap Fabric

It seems nice to me, but our dog hasn't taken to it yet. He is just starting to lie on it once in a while. He does appreciate the bolsters, so I am sure he will soon spend more time in it.

It is nice bed for the price.

We purchased this bed to replace the same Serta pet beds we have always bought.  The foam is not firm and the bed was a disappointment - returned both beds to Sam's

Disappointed

Ordered on line these are called luxury pillows  ones in store are not, there is a difference in the quality, these are made of a better fabric and cushions are firmer

DOGS LOVE THESE!

The dog bed is good. I bought 2 and only 1 has been delivered.  Still waiting on delivery of the second and no communication from Sam's Club or Fedex.

Bad delivery

I never leave reviews, but this bed was so terribly and frustratingly designed, and deceivingly marketed as easily machine washable, I am making an exception. While the cover of the mattress portion of this bed is easy to remove, the bolster is a frustrating and messy cleaning nightmare, as evidenced by the photo I've included. Here's why I wouldn't recommend this bed and would consider it a waste of money, even though my dog likes it:

Nightmarish Bolster Removal: The bolster cover only has a short zipper opening in the center, making it nearly impossible to remove all the stuffing at once. And the cover is one piece - you cannot wash it unless you also remove the bolster stuffing. Forget about easily tossing the whole cover in the wash.

Messy Stuffing: The loose stuffing inside the bolster requires you to reach in by hand and remove it handful by handful, creating a disaster zone like the one pictured here.

Not for the Faint of Heart: If you find wrestling with loose stuffing frustrating, this bed is definitely not for you.
Save yourself the aggravation and consider a different dog bed altogether. There are many other well-designed beds on the market (we have a few already) that are comfortable for your dog and actually washable without the hassle. This Serta bed is a waste of money and frustration.

Washing Nightmare & Waste of Money

These beds wash beautifully. Covers are easy to remove and put back on. My dogs love these beds, they use the raised edge as pillows.  The beds wear well. I bought two beds for the bedroom and the dogs and I like them so much. I bought two more for the den.
