I have been a Folgers Columbian coffee drinker for over 40 years. Recently I have noticed a definite change in the flavor. It has become very bitter and doesn't have the taste or Aroma of the Folgers I loved. At first, I thought I just got ahold of a bad can, but the last 3 cans I purchased all had the same nasty taste and smell. If Folgers doesn't correct this, I see them losing a lot of customers. Folgrrs is the only brand I drink, but looks like I will need to experiment with other brands to find something with a decent flavor.

We ordered this coffee to be delivered ang when it arrived one can was open and coffee everywhere!!! When I called about refund I was told I had to bring to store??? If I wanted to done to store I wouldn't have ordered delivery! I even posted to send pics and was told no, had to bring back with receipt. I tried to upload pics but it wouldn't go through.

I am very disappointed! This used to be my coffee. I dont know what has changed but i dont care for it anymore. I have been a long time customer and now i need to search for a new coffee. Does not even smell like columbian! Taste like something that just got thrown together and we can get that in any brand. Sure wish you would fix it.

I use ground coffee. Colombian was my favorite flavor until recently. It tastes so bad, has no flavor, is extremely bitter. I've tried Classic & House Blend and they have changed also. I'm trying Coffeehouse Blend now and it is a little better. After 10 years I'll be switching to another brand.

I use to drink 100% Colombian coffee , it has now changed to columbian coffee. Me and my family have drank it as long as I can remember, I’m now near 60 years old. Price has increased and it does not taste the same. Sure wish you would go back to the way it use to be. Bad as I hate to, I’m gonna start looking at other brands.

I'm 63 now, but this is the coffee my mom brought me up on. As a kid, I could smell it being perked in the kitchen for my dad. After awhile, my mom set a small cup in front of me, and though I've tried other coffees many times over through the years, I always fall back to my old favorite. I miss the medium dark, this is so not the same. Looking for something else. Not good.
