I had all but given up on finding a Folgers coffee that suited my taste. But then I stumbled upon Folgers 100% Colombian. By far, it's the best in it's league. I get a full bodied, smooth and even balanced taste in every cup. I've tried lots of coffees, but this stuff isn't just the best part of waking up, it's the best part of staying up and enjoying a great cup anytime - day or night.

I bought this when I couldn't find the medium dark Columbian I've been drinking for years. I was very disappointed when I couldn't find the medium dark anywhere anymore. I've noticed the comments stating this is the same as the medium dark but it clearly is not. They taste nothing alike and I will be switching brands because this is nowhere near the flavor of the medium dark I know and love.

So let down by our coffee supplier . Folgers has been a big part of our 51 year marriage. 5 8cup pots a day. We are insulted that your company tells us that our Colombian med/dark hasn't been changed . What were you thinking. We are coffee shopping elsewhere. You took away one of our great Joy's in life.

I used to drink another brand of coffee, I won’t mention the name, however they call it the state coffee of Louisiana. When I left Louisiana I could not purchase that brand anymore and started drinking Folgers. I was used to dark roast flavor, and found Columbian coffee was a good choice. However I also love the Gormet Supreme, and the Black Silk as a change up from time to time. If you like the Columbian coffee I suggest you try these even darker roast blends. I don’t know why, but the last can of Columbian coffee I bought had a bad flavor of being stale. The only thing I can compare the flavor to is Maxwell House! I always purchase Folgers coffee, this can was just like any other, flavor seal was in tact and the first two pots were fine. But then it got very bitter and just plain nasty tasting! I have contacted Folgers and am waiting for a response. I don’t mind paying a little extra to get good tasting coffee, but this can was awlful! Folgers needs to look into this and find out what is going on at their packaging plant. Oh and you could send me a coupon for another can, I will send this can back and let you try it! Please look into this issue as I found my old brand in the store the other day. I would hate to leave as your coffee is good, but if I get another can of this rott gutt coffee I will be gone as a loyal customer. There is just no excuse to open a fresh sealed can of stale coffee that payed good money for. One bad can in 20 years does not make a bad review, but I am really disappointed in getting a fresh sealed stale can of coffee. If you get one like this please let Folgers know. This has to be an issue at the packaging plant and they can correct it before loosing customers. Hope this review helps you.

At any time I would recommend Folger's Columbian over other brands. And even though I can't find it in whole bean any more, as long as there's Juan and the burro on the side of the bag, I feel you have some of the best coffee in the world. Thanks, Folgers! There may be bargain brands, but I like mine med-dark 100% Columbian Folger's! Good brew!

Love the Colombian Coffee but I hate the plastic containers. We recycle ♻️ everything we can but we know there are fewer buyers in the world for our recyclelables. Additionally we wonder about chemicals from the plastic leeching into the coffee? I would think there are some more Earth friendly alternatives to contain a good product.

I guess all of us who noticed the change in "classification" are all wrong and nothing has changed. It's not the same and that's fine. Been wanting to switch over to Dunkin's dark roast but my wife has been hesitant. This finally helped convince her to switch. Thanks Folgers!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The container seems quite small for its value. Though when penned had a fabulous fresh coffee aroma. I do wish the container was not made out of plastic. The brewing process was easy. Though the finished product was not strong enough for me. So if you if you're not looking for a strong cup of coffee then this is the right one for you

I don't know if it is the coffee or the new keurig I just got that punches 5 holes in the K-cup. Flavor is great and value for amount was really good. I likely would not buy again due to how strong it is for myself. I add cream and sugar and it still is very strong for myself.

The Columbian folgers coffee isn't bad but definitely not my favorite. The aftertaste is a little weird. I got used to it and it doesn't seem as bad but I plan on going back to the original folgers coffee. It's cheaper and I think it has a better flavor. I wish sams club sold the breakfast blend because I really liked that one over the Columbian roast.
