It seems like they over roasted these beans, had a burnt taste. I am not sure if you can return coffee?

This folgers 100% Columbian coffee is 100% better than the Folgers classic roast. I can only drink this wonderful coffee

The coffee was fine, the delivery was loose and left out in the rain. My plastic garbage bags the cardboard fell apart. I was very disapointed and mad.

Folgers finally done it. I don't know exactly when they started with the cheap beans, but this last 100% Arabica variety is no longer, and 100% of their products now suck.

Disappointed in Folgers coffee shamboozle. For real?? My husband and I have been drinking medium dark for years now! Suddenly I could find it no where! I found out about the simple "label change" and decided to give medium a try. Worst. Mistake. Ever. It's not just a step or 7 down in strength, it's a VERY noticeable change. Did you think your loyal coffee drinkers would not notice? It's not a mere label change, it's an entirely different bean from an entirely different continent! May as well be! I am in love with Folgers Colombian Medium Dark Roast. I am almost out and cannot find the Medium Dark roast . It is not the same as Medium. I bought the medium by mistake, made coffee, and thought it had an odd taste. I compared it with an old container and noticed the difference and actually threw it away. I searched hard and bought as many of the Folgers Colombian Medium Dark Roast that I could find. I am almost out. I hate searching for a new coffee. What are consumers like me to do when we can no longer find what we love? This makes us try other brands (what a head ache) but it takes away from your company. Someone should have a board meeting about this.

You can tell I've been drinking coffee alongside Mrs. Olson and her and Folgers jingle. Folgers Columbian became my favorite when it first came out and has continued to be my favorite even with all the coffee choices out there these days. Response from Folgers below said "updated the classification of our 100% Colombian from a Medium-Dark to Medium to better represent it’s flavor and strength in comparison to the other roasts we offer." Does the new/currently produced Medium taste like the old Medium or the old discontinued Medium-Dark, or something different? Thanks.

I am so disappointed in Folgers! I have been recommending the100% Colombian Roast Coffee med-dark roast for many years. It has been my favorite until you supposedly reclassified the blend. The label not only changed but the coffee is no way the same. Why on earth you would change what is working for you I will never understand. The so called reclassified coffee tastes nothing like the med-dark. I am searching for a new coffee and it’s not Folgers.
