I have been a faithful Folgers Colombian coffee drinker for years (have even convinced most of my family to use it) and I have noticed with the latest container that I bought that the flavor is very weak and it is not the same. I'm very disappointed and sad that they changed this product. I will look elsewhere for good coffe.

Flavor has completely changed? Did the ingredients change? Was there a batch not pulled from shelves my mother and I live in different states and we both confirmed taste is completely off. We've been a family of Folgers Columbia for 30+ years. If there was a recall would love to know. We unfortunately are having to look for a new brand due to inability to drink this. Taste is really bad. I bought a new one thinking mine was old. Same issue .

The store on N May in OKC would not honor the price which was $4 cheaper for outside pickup, why have to come back and wait 4 hours to save $4? So I contacted Sam's Club Corporate and got the refund.. Actually they refunded the total price for the inconvenience. I'm pleased.

I have used Folgers Columbian coffee for years. Suddenly I noticed a different taste and looked at the lable to check that it was made with aribica beans, Now it only say ingrediance: coffee- not what type. Have your switched to robusto beans and not let the consumer know?

I wanted it and you had it available.

When i started buying this product a couple years ago., I was paying $12.98. Ot is now $22. That is a $10 increase which is ridiculous.

I thought I was buying the classic roast and I find this pure Colombian to be more robust than I like
