I liked that the driver honored my wishes and met me down at my driveway entrance. He was very fast with the delivery around 5 or so mins early even. very polite and courteous. He received a 7$ tip upon delivering. was my very last dollars and i would give them to him again and again. thank you

liked the looks but dont like that the headphone jack is malfunctioning after right at 2 months of use i plug them in one side works not other thiught it had to be headset so bought another headset same thing wiggle it and both come on and go out would not recommend if u use headset

This review is for the midnight black. Definitely, a leap in gaming technology over the Dual Shocks. Great haptic feedback, adaptive triggers along with the built-in speaker and microphone makes for a great gaming combination that really puts you into the game. You feel every swing, bullet, raindrop, even the mush of walking in sand. The gamepad gives you a detailed level of force feedback. I like the trigger feedback that was lacking on the Dual Shocks. It really brings a new sense to the game that you didn’t know you missed until you experience it on this gamepad. You can use the mic to chat or in some cases, such as in Astro’s playroom, use it as part of the game play. It is slightly thicker and bigger than the Dualshocks, but feels like a sturdy controller. Definitely a big step up over the PS3 controllers that feel flimsy in comparison now. The controller is comfortable to hold and use. I like the Dual sense white that came with my system, but I wanted a second one and prefer the black color. Unfortunately, this black controller had nothing but issues. It had a severe stick drift and appeared to be defective straight out of the box, so I returned it. The gamepad is pricy, but is a big step forward in technology, if the game takes advantage of the features, that makes games even more immersive and fun to play. Unfortunately, these seem more fragile than previous generations and this controller had very severe stick drift, which seems to be a common issue with these Dual sense, although oddly the white one out of the console box, has had no issues. So, if you get one that isn’t defective, then these controllers work great. But this one didn’t work well at all. 1 stars

very cute. My daughter is all into everything pink and when we opened it i didnt realize how the buttons would actually look. The clear pink parts on the buttons just make it exactly what she wanted very girly. If your kid or yourself like pink definatly buy. very happy with the controller

And don't have too much to say just work very well i like the color make good contrast with my console i have one white included with the console and now buy the black now we can play multiplayer. It's sony brand no side drift yet normal / casual player. COD,Battlefield, F1,Soccer and football.

Love the controller when it's working. The issue is I'm having to purchase a new one because the one that came with my PS5 is having stick drift issues after just 5 months. For a $70 controller, stick drift should not be an issue. Other then that, it's great.

The color is very vibrant and pretty. Feels nice in your hands. However, the controller has already started to drift slightly after less than 2 months. A little disappointed as I purchased this to replace a year old controller that was already drifting.

This controller is the absolute best controller ever ive owned a lot of different consoles in my 40 years of living but this controller is on another level dwarfing all the rest of the controllers ita tryly next level i love everything about it its definitely worth the money, i mean its got a speaker and mic in it so u can game and talk to your friends without a headset i highly recommend, and i got exactly what I ordered the galactic purple brand new flawless i would also recommend getting insurance on it its only 6 dollars more and if something happens to it you can get a new one but other than that it came quickly and was everything I'd hoped for.

You can't really type why this product is so good. Yes, there are all the features listed on the product page but until you play PS5 game with this that fully utilizes it, you don't know what you are missing out. Takes gaming to the next level with immersive feedback and 3D sounds.
