the controller is really unlike any other. to shoot the guns on cold war feels very nice even tho i prefer to use the flip setting for my triggers. great product. ps. when you finally get a PS5 it will have been worth the wait.

When I ordered this it was availabe and I changed my color option to get it at the same time with consol, but at the time of pick up they informed me that it not available and ruin my kids day.

controller keeps disconnecting from system its brand new out the box. contact sony have to ship off at my expense and wait 15 days or so for a replacement

The product came in a pre-opened box. Once I took the item item out of the box I noticed it was already used. It still had grime on it from previous use. Whoever did this didn't even try to clean it off. I requested a refund immediately.

I just got this pink controller March 2023 I take good care of my controllers and all but the sticks are drifting as I’m playing the game. I paid over $74 for this controller and it didn’t even nast a year.

The controller is good and all but when I was playing call of duty Cold War my r2 button spring came off so it's loose and when I barely even press it. It shoots and I was wondering if I could get a replacement
