(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The DualSense Controller in the Galactic Purple works just like the white DualSense controller that comes standard with PS5 Bundles. But the colour of this one is amazing and I can’t wait to pick up a few of the other colour options that Sony had to offer. I can easily suggest this controller to anyone that loves purple and possibly needs a new or secondary controller!

I hate the process to get a hold of someone to help with the warranty i bought for my husband's controller for his ps5. Its so hard to just get a hold of someone and process a claim. I bought a2 year warranty i can't even use and the remote is just sitting there since we can't use it.

This controller’s battery lasts a few hours of playing, is durable, feels great in the hand and the bluetooth pairs well with recent devices. I haven’t had any issues with this thus far.

The dualsense controller is definitely my favorite controller I have ever used, however, the stick drift problem is too common for me to overlook it. I've had 5 PS5 controllers and every one of them has experienced stick drift of some degree. So be wary of the possibility that in 3-6 months you may experience awful stick drift that can severely affect your experience of playing games or getting around menus and typing.

[Employee of walmartcanada] Really disappointed. Controller I received with my PS5 stopped working after only a couple months. Experiencing delays, drift and movement on its own. Apparently it’s a huge issue that PS5 has fixed with their coloured controllers (which is probably why it’s more expensive) but the white controllers are known to break down after a while. Get the warranty so you can switch it out when the issue arises. Unavoidable from what I understand.

AMAZING. Haptic Feedback makes the triggers insanely innovative and it gives off the next gen feel. Love the vibrations as well as they are improved upon as well. Amazing controller. Bottom side has very small PlayStation buttons engrained into it and the detail that went into the design is simply great.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) To be honest !!! Loving the ps5 but the controller I don’t like how they changed the design to bigger! PlayStation has had the same controller design since the beginning no need to change it! It’s nice but to big for my small hands!

Terribly overrated product. Feels good to hold and use but I've had 4 since launch. Stick drift happens every time after about 4 months. If you own a PS5, Sony now has you in a vice. If you think a 3rd party controller is an option..prepare to shell out $250 for one Sony "allows".

I loved the color of this controller it is a good looking blue and stands out. it was hard to get used to it since I constantly used a DualShock 4. This controller is so much bigger and heavier than the DualShock 4, which isn’t really a big deal because it fits better in my hand. Something I didn’t like was I tried to connect it to my PC which worked perfectly but the controller could not play any games because some of the mechanics on a ps5 controller isn’t the same on a pc which I don’t think has to do with the controller but with the system of the ps5.

Ps5 controllers usually develop drift, %26 there's no real fix other than total refurbismnebt or replacement. This controller was purchased to replace the original controller. We chose the insurance option, knowing the way drift will always occur, %26 buying brand new is expensive after a while. So when it did as Ps5 controllers always do, we patted ourselves on the back for accepting the plan %26 after making sure it was in the right time frame, started our claim. Allstate, however, apparently does not understand small electronic repair shops are very rare now. Since every other protection plan we have ever used do comprehend this simple fact, it was pretty disappointing that Allstate told us to take the controller to a 'local repair shop,' pay out of pocket %26 they'd reimburse us 'later.' I will be getting any future electronic %26 protection plan through Amazon or Best Buy, both of which we have had satisfactory experiences with.
