Ok this is by far the best controller out there its haptic feed back is crazy! you can feel a difference even in-between driving on a dirt road and driving on a paved road it also its triggers are so good for example when your shooting a gun the trigger will push back up! 15/10 definitely a must.

Ps5 controllers usually develop drift, %26 there's no real fix other than total refurbismnebt or replacement. This controller was purchased to replace the original controller. We chose the insurance option, knowing the way drift will always occur, %26 buying brand new is expensive after a while. So when it did as Ps5 controllers always do, we patted ourselves on the back for accepting the plan %26 after making sure it was in the right time frame, started our claim. Allstate, however, apparently does not understand small electronic repair shops are very rare now. Since every other protection plan we have ever used do comprehend this simple fact, it was pretty disappointing that Allstate told us to take the controller to a 'local repair shop,' pay out of pocket %26 they'd reimburse us 'later.' I will be getting any future electronic %26 protection plan through Amazon or Best Buy, both of which we have had satisfactory experiences with.

The dualsense controller is definitely my favorite controller I have ever used, however, the stick drift problem is too common for me to overlook it. I've had 5 PS5 controllers and every one of them has experienced stick drift of some degree. So be wary of the possibility that in 3-6 months you may experience awful stick drift that can severely affect your experience of playing games or getting around menus and typing.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) To be honest !!! Loving the ps5 but the controller I don’t like how they changed the design to bigger! PlayStation has had the same controller design since the beginning no need to change it! It’s nice but to big for my small hands!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is a good controller. I have nothing to compare it to as it’s the only one for ps5. I love the color of it and it works well and feels nice to hold and charged well. It is a god controller overall

Those who say it's a HUGE difference from the DualShock 4 are crazy... sure it's slightly bigger, but it's not much. And size and weight added to the controller make it feel slightly better than the DualShock 4. The haptic (vibration) features are amazing and you need to experience it in person to truly appreciate it. On the back of the controller the four PlayStation buttons (cross, square, triangle, and circle) are all scribed on the back. It's tiny, but they are there and it's a super cool little bonus. This controller improves upon the DualShock 4, and you definitely won't be lost moving over from it. The controller is absolutely beautiful in person. The lights in the center make the controller a treat to behold and use.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The PlayStation wireless controller exceeded my expectations. Its responsive buttons and ergonomic design enhance gaming comfort. The battery life is impressive, providing long hours of uninterrupted play. Seamless connectivity and a sturdy build make it a must-have accessory for any PlayStation enthusiast. Highly recommended!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I have many different controllers but recently I have decided to choose this controller because of its sleek design and colour. I have been using it for quite a few weeks now I like the comfortability of the handles. The connectivity is quick and easy. The charging works for long hours.

Dislike I didn't get them and if was a gift so I'm very upset and on top of that you have to wait 48 hours before you call and it takes 5to 10 Business days to get my money back and I still was not able to buy the gift because the money has not hit my card yet
