This is a very practical way of packing lunch everyday. Also because of the ice pack there is no need to fit in the lunch box any other ice packs with different shapes that do not fit and make this task a daily puzzle. The compartments help me to increase variety and limit size of each food.

We have three Bentgo Lunch Boxes, a Snack Box, and a Lunch Bag. My daughter loves the bright colors, but even when she was in preschool, these were easy for her little hands to open. They don't leak, which is something other brands can't tout! She is a huge fan of vegetables, but they need to have ranch dressing, and it's so nice to know the ranch won't end up all over her sandwich. The cold features also make these handy for car rides and days when we are running errands. We love Bentgo!

The compartments pull out making it easy to wash and maintain. The large compartment holds a cup, while the smaller does half a cup. The plastic feels thick and durable, allowing it to handle the rough and tumble life my 10-year old has! The box has a unique shape and color scheme. We just purchased this to use for the new school year. Only on week 3 of school and the latch doesn’t stay secure. It’s disappointing and I am concerned that the lunch is going to spill all over my child’s backpack. Even empty, the latch doesn’t snap tight. Also, the compartments are a little small, even for elementary level kids.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great container for kids lunches. I like the individual compartments and I love that it has the slide out freezer pack that is underneath the food to keep it cool. It opens easily and closes tightly to keep food fresh.

We love both our Bentgo Chill Lunch and Snack box. We have used these products daily for a year for lunch for our 2 year old to preschool and it withstands the torture of day care. We had one minor break with the latch after a year and notified the company and they were quick to replace it. Highly recommend.

I love the idea of this box with the ice pack. My pre-k daughter used this for the first time and I was quite disappointed that the ice pack didn’t stay cold very long. Our daughter did not want to eat her warm cheese slices with crackers. Luckily the other items didn’t need too much of a chill to them.

However this is a very simplified and easy to use as an every day lunch enhancement. We enjoyed the fact that it was two compartments and I can add snacks or proteins. And my son was able to choose what he wants to eat during his lunchtime. The colors were very intriguing. I love the fact that the box separated into two parts when it came to cleaning. Also it was very easy to open for my son. And everything was sealed once closed. We enjoyed this box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a must have if you pack you kid school lunch daily. We have a 4yr old daughter that goes to Pre K4. She such a picky eater so my wife packs her lunch every day. We were introduced to the bento box by a family member who has triplets. She no longer packs their lunches, because then are much older now, so she gifted them (2 bento box) to us. 1 had a broken hinge but still works and 1 was still in great condition (Green one found in the attached photo). After a week of using these, we love them so much that we went and order another one to replace the broken one. To our surprise, the one we order (Pink/Blue) was even smaller. We are now 3 months into the school year, and we just got this latest Bento box (Blue/Green) to try. Compared to the 1st two, the newest one is rounder on the side and it only has 1 latch to lock instead of 2. Newest 1 also has a removable ice pack that is found underneath the tray. One thing that I like about the newest 1, beside the remove ice pack, is the lid. When open, it stands up instead of flipping all the way open / laying complete flat on table. With COVID currently, I feel like this act as barrier, while she is eating lunch.
