When I first received the item I was excited to use it but after a month mold starting growing rapidly on the snack and lunchbox. I followed all cleaning instructions to try to get rid of it. Vinegar/bleach and water hand washed. I really do like the box and it keeps food cold for a lone time.Customer service is excellent.

I have the gray Bentgo Chill for my daughters and love the color and removable ice pack option! The compartments for the portions are large for a lot of food. The one downside is that the rubber dealers in the lid can stain. We used ours one time and put watermelon and it immediately stained. Customer service did offer cleaning tips and ways to help!

I bought this in the summer of 2023 before the start of the school year for my daughter. I absolutely love how it has an integrated ice pack, which saves so much space from having to include a separate one into her lunch bag. The compartments are great and good sizes. I think the product could have been even more amazing if it was modular and we can swap out the food tray for a different version like the one that’s big enough to fit a sandwich in it, and having the rubber seals on the tray edges instead of the lid.

We got this for my child and it’s been great! Having a bento that also has the freezer pack is like genius! The cornets are great sizes we haven’t had any spilling issues. We have had some warping over time that made it difficult to close but are going to try a replacement!

My son loves to use this for his veggies and dip, but it can be used for so many things. It’s also really great for those people that are measuring certain portions, since the large compartment holds one cup and the smaller portion holds a half cup portion. This is great for promoting healthy snacks over packaged snacks, and fits perfectly in my sons lunchbox. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to pack healthier snacks, without worrying about it leaking all over your kids backpack. The tray is also dishwasher safe, which will save time afterwards.

It seals well to keep the liquid in the compartments so it does not spill over or leak. It is easy to wash and the food tray is dishwasher safe. It is a great box for kids.

I love this for a snack container for my preschool aged kids. I can actually fit a whole sandwich in one compartment and another side item (fruit, goldfish) in the second compartment for a heavy snack, if needed. It's leak proof and my children can easily open. Would highly recommend!

Bought snack containers and stainless steel lunchboxes several months ago. The seal keeps everything in its place. It’s easy for my 7 year old to open/close independently. We had a quality concern with the stainless steel lunch box, but customer service was top notch.

I’ve been using this lunch box for my one year old daycare box and took care to clean it the minute he came home. Black mold still developed on the silicone seals and I can’t find any way to get it off. I’ve tried vinegar and bleach. So disappointing!
