I ordered this Bentgo box for my young daughter. And she loves it so much. She mostly loves that it’s pink haha. But I love how easy it is to clean and store. Also it is so nice that it has a rubber material around the entire box to protect it from drops which young children often do! As a preschooler the size is absolutely perfect for her. She enjoys eating out of it!

We bought 2 of these to try after hearing great reviews. Unfortunately, upon receiving the products, one product had the wrong insert in the box. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to fix the problem. They even allow us to keep the wrong product. We look forward to trying these kids lunchboxes.

A number of people have said this is too small for 5-7 year old. It is not. Compared to other expensive boxes this has more depth and great compartment sizing. I really can't imagine my 6 year old eating more than what I can fit in this box. She isn't a small eater either. I'm uploading a photo with standard eggs in the main compartment for visual reference. The chill layer works very well, but in higher temps it will only last 3 hours before it goes warm. On the upside it sits under the tray, you don't need to bother with a bag and separated ice pack. And let's be honest if it can last 3 hours in hot temps the food will still be nice. Durability is great so far Only have had it for a few days now but on the first day my daughter dropped it from about meter up onto concrete. Didn't break and only a minor scratch Only complaint would be the weight. It's a bit heavy for an on the go box, but the weight is due to the cold tray and a really high quality build and materials. Perfect for a kids lunch box.

We’ve had ours for the past 3.5 years and it’s been great! We love this one much more than the classic design. It was easy enough to open and close for my kid when he was little which was important to me and it holds the perfect amount of food! I love that you can choose to use the chill pack or leave it out when it’s not needed!

I have been using these Bentgo Chill Lunch Boxes for three years now. And love everything about them. Stay cold for long periods, easy for picky eaters to not get food touching, Great for babies as well as toddler, the list goes on and on as to why I like these. Recently, one of our 7 Bentgo Lunchboxes broke and it was so easy to get replaced. Simply called the costomer service, they looked up my email address and found my order, they send me an email where I attached a picture, then the replacement will come in mail. So easy! On top of being high quality it even has a two-year warranty! It has two compartments that are perfect for snacks like fruit, veggies, and crackers. The compartments pull out making it easy to wash and maintain. The large compartment holds a cup, while the smaller does half a cup. The plastic feels thick and durable, allowing it to handle the rough and tumble life my 10-year old has! The box has a unique shape and color scheme. The latch feels secure and is easy for my son to open. Overall, the box design works perfectly for small hands. It’s a great way to pack healthy snacks, and it’s quick and convenient. I have 2 little ones in school and the Bentgo boxes were a must! After seeing that there was a snack option we HAD to order one well actually 2. We have the snack container and was accidentally broke by my husband and I contacted the support team at Bentgo and within 1 day they had contacted me through email and were already sending me a replacement after the replacement steps were followed.

We purchased a snack container for our 2 year old to take his daily snack to daycare. We love that it's easy for the teacher to unsnap it and the inside tray is dishwasher safe. When we had an issue with the clip breaking Bentgo replaced it ASAP and we were only without one for a few days.

My son has been using his Bentgo for preschool and has loved it. He loves helping to prepare his snack by putting them in the individual sections. It’s great that the tray comes out and that there is an ice pack. It fits in his backpack well with his water bottle, and because it is slim it doesn’t take over the space. I’ve had some confusion how the ice pack works because there is no liquid in it. It is really light so I’ve wondered if it was damaged and missing the fill. It gets cold in the freezer but I’m not sure how long it lasts. When he is home from school after 3 hours, his snack is not chilled. Other concerns have been that it is not the easiest to close, like it’s bursting at the seams. I’ve made sure all the components are snapped in place but it feels like it may burst open, but I have not seen it burst open. I don’t think my son could put it together and close it himself. A small crack developed on the side, I have no idea how. The silicone is not affected so I don’t think the seal is broken. The saddest part is that the silicone inside developed mold under normal use. We wash it by hand everyday after he gets home from school and let it air dry. So I guess it’s moisture from the time it’s prepared and used at school till he gets home that causes it. I still think it is a great product but can’t continue to use with the mold. We have had it about 2 years.
