My son loves these lunch boxes. And so do I. They are very easy to pack and keep everything in one place. I do not have to pack multiple containers and have to find fitting lids anymore. Makes packing lunches so much easier. Their customer service is amazing as well. They were super responsive to any inquiries, are super friendly and resolve in a timely manner. Definitely a customer for life here!

I bought a set of lunch and snack boxes. I am very satisfied with my purchase.The food remains fresh and I have not noticed any leak thus far. I contacted customer services as the lunch box was hard to open and they reacted quickly, sending me a replacement box.

Bought this for my daughter to use at school when she started kindergarten. The container held up beautifully over the past year! Perfect for packing fruit in and items that did not fit in her kids bentgo box. Especially, the items that I did not want to get smashed. The container did not leak and worked great for us! I highly recommend this product. My family loves bentgo products!

We had bentgo lunch box for years and loved it so purchased chilled box too. After for a while the hinge broke but the customer service offer the replacement. They stand by their product. Chilled box is great for summer and for cold lunch. Love the sectional which encourage to put variety of foods also love the design/color too. I wish it’s a little bit lighter for little one to carry in the lunchbox. We loved so much bought 3 different kind of bentgo boxes!

I got a deal on this and had to buy a 2nd one. Love that has a built in ice pack. Keeps my kids fruit cold. She won’t eat it if it’s warm. So this lasts cold until her lunch time. Had a small issue with the latch but customer service was great and resolved my issue no problem. Would highly recommend this box.

This is a great item, easy for the kids to use at school. Helpful that the tray is dishwasher safe. My only criticism would be that the largest space doesn't accommodate the width of a regular piece of bread, even when the crust is cutoff which is frustrating.

I am a pediatric registered dietitian and I absolutely love these boxes. I use them for myself, my husband and my kids (ages 3.5 and 18 months), and always recommend them to my patients. After about 9 months of continued use, the Bentgo Chill did develop mold on the silicone liner and despite multiple attempts to remove it nothing helped. However, I reached out to Bentgo and they replaced it very seamlessly for which I am very grateful.

We bought this to go with a thermal food jar, so there was a warm food and some cold sides. We have found this little box holds a lot! It’s my daughters favorite for Macerated strawberries, frozen blue berries, yogurt and granola, all kinds of stuff. We do pack it with an ice pack and that seems to help a lot, but the box does it’s job to keep food sealed and separate. We really like it a lot and would recommend to anyone!

I bought this in the summer of 2023 before the start of the school year for my daughter. I absolutely love how it has an integrated ice pack, which saves so much space from having to include a separate one into her lunch bag. The compartments are great and good sizes. I think the product could have been even more amazing if it was modular and we can swap out the food tray for a different version like the one that’s big enough to fit a sandwich in it, and having the rubber seals on the tray edges instead of the lid.

I have been looking for a a product like this for years, so I could stop buying snack bags for snack time at my kids school! I love that we are no longer using so many disposable packaging and I am saving money by buying in bulk! I wish this had the "chill" feature, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Highly suggest for daily snack time in elementary schools!
