Bought four of these for my kids to take to school. We were hoping to not have to use so many plastic bags, but after 6 months 3 of them are no longer usable. A few of them have warped in the dish washer (always put on the top rack). I was really hoping these would last longer for the price, but now they are just more plastic that will be thrown away.

After 6m of use, hand cleaning and air drying, blackish spots (assumedly mold) since appeared on the seals of 5:6 of the snack boxes we bought. I've tried soaking in white vinegar solution and laying in the sun with no luck. I would not purchase again knowing they last such a short time for the heavy investment. Mold is not covered under the warranty.

It works great for mandorine oranges, and fits a sandwich if you cut it in half and stack it. Its a little hard to close and for some kids they wont ever close it after they use, which could cause a dirty lunch box. But a huge plus is this. IT has been great for me as a low carb container. Fits several boiled eggs, cheese, meets, and cut up vegitables. My wife and i are likely to buy more, but for us.

Both my kindergarten and preK goer had this lunch box and the latch is of poor quality, it didn’t last a full school year. I am now looking to see what I can replace it with but there’s no replacement parts. We love all bentgo products initially and have 2 complete sets from backpacks to lunch bags and multiple lunch and snack boxes. I am so saddened that due to this I will be looking elsewhere to make a set and i definitely don’t recommend this.

I bought this for my new preschooler and love it so far. It's easy to clean and use, and provides just the right amount of storage for my daughter's lunch. I bought this one because of the ice pack which is helpful to keep her lunch cold. Highly recommend!

I ordered this Bentgo box for my young daughter. And she loves it so much. She mostly loves that it’s pink haha. But I love how easy it is to clean and store. Also it is so nice that it has a rubber material around the entire box to protect it from drops which young children often do! As a preschooler the size is absolutely perfect for her. She enjoys eating out of it!

We love our bentgo chill boxes! My son uses them for his school lunch everyday and they are perfect for him! We recently had an issue with our boxes and I contacted Bentgo customer service. They were super quick to respond and very helpful. Definitely recommend!

My kids really like this lunch box. I feel better knowing that they can easily access their food without having to struggle with opening containers or packages at school. I also love that the ice pack is built in for the kids. But make sure you only put the tray in the dishwasher if you have to, not the outter shell. I did not realize that, and the shell warped and caused the lid not to shut. Customer service was very helpful and replaced my lunch box.

I have the gray Bentgo Chill for my daughters and love the color and removable ice pack option! The compartments for the portions are large for a lot of food. The one downside is that the rubber dealers in the lid can stain. We used ours one time and put watermelon and it immediately stained. Customer service did offer cleaning tips and ways to help!
