Pretty disappointed in the product — it only stays cool for about an hour. Hard to take apart, and the ice tray always gets stuck.

I liked it but sometimes the inside container got stuck to the lid and made it where it was hard to open.

Good portion sizes and divider, but it is difficult to open and close. It gets stuck trying to open it.

I love the built in ice pack - I wish all lunchboxes came with this! Cute colors and lots of space for a range of foods.

These bentgo boxes are so much fun with all the color options it brings. Ice pack insert is simply amazing - you can use it or remove it as you wish . Added bonus, the small snack box when going on quick outings.

I bought this specific bentgo based on “chill” factor. I liked that it has a built in ice pack. At first, I thought it was on the pricey side but it’s way better to pack a lunch than using meal prep containers or basic clear containers. My child loves their lunch bentgo and I find it holds plenty of food. It’s easy to open for smaller hands. I’ve enjoyed finding creative ideas to pack for lunches and like that I’m feeding my child healthy food. I’m glad I made this purchase.

I am a big fan of this company's products, but this is one to stay away from. I have owned 4 of them and all 4 have had the clasp break with normal use. The tabs that hold the clap in place on the lid need to be re-engineered. Specifically the plastic knobs that hold the clasp in place - they break off and render the entire snack box useless. Replacement clasps are not sold/available so into the garbage it goes after a few months of use. That said, when the clasp works, this snack box is great. It is leakproof, pretty easy to clean, and the rest of the product is durable. Fix the clasp OR offer free replacements for the clasp.
