I had an issue with my boxes and called customer support. She could not been more efficient with my time and helpful with a solution. Even though I needed a replacement box I will still be using this product!

My daughter took yogurt in a little container and placed it inside the bento box she didn’t close the little container all the way so it leaked inside BUT it also made its way out of the bento box. And she also says that her food isn’t cold when she eats it which is about 3-4 hours after lunch is packed

Boxes work well but we’ve had issues with mold — We hand wash and air dry after each use but mold still “grew” — Only negative.

I love this snackbox for my toddler. It was recommended by his school to excite him at snacktime, and he loves it in red!
