I bought this product almost a year ago and use it on a regular basis for my 2 year old. it is super durable as it is not breaking and if you are a parent to a toddler you know how rough they can be with items, it is also super easy for him to use as he was able to learn how to open it and close it by himself. The ice packs are also a godsend as it is reaching 105 degrees in Texas, and I am able to keep my child's food cool for longer as the daycare doesn't provide a fridge for the children. I love the way it has different compartments and it allows me to pack a more diverse lunch, it also helps me portion out the items and provide a good variety of food.

I love these boxes for my kids. I don’t have to keep track of endless containers and lids, and I don’t have to worry about adding huge amounts of trash when packing lunch. The ice pack insert is so great for keeping their lunch fresh. Another huge bonus is my kids can build their own lunch. They love choosing what goes in each compartment.

We have use bentgo lunch box for a few years. We recently switch to the bentgo chill and I am not satisfy with the quality of the product. The closing bottom stop working on one of them and it can not be use anymore. I think the idea is great but it needs some changes in design. Also, it can not open completely and it is harder to wash. I will recommend bentgo products but not the chill lunch box.

We have had these chill boxes almost 2 years. In the past few month, some of them broke so I contacted customer service. They sent new boxes as they stuck to their 2-year warranty! Will definitely keep doing business with Bentgo. Chill boxes are great for toddler age and easy to open and close.

I bought this snack box for my kindergartner in July ‘24 and unfortunately, it didn’t even last a full school year. The latch broke rendering the entire box useless. Bentgo doesn’t sell or provide replacement parts for their boxes which is extremely disappointing. I purchased this box to cut down on waste and had expected to last much longer. I wish the the snack boxes were more durable and I would love for Bentgo to offer replacement parts. The box was great while it lasted, but I will not be purchasing again.

We bought a few of these a year ago and after a little while, it became impossible to get all four sides of top to snap shut. I can usually get 3 sides snapped if I spend a minute to do so, but the last side never fully shuts. We have taken care of it the way instructions note (too rack dishwasher safe). The issue is that, food items/liquid spill out since it can’t be completely shut. When my kid returns from daycare, the backpack is completely covered in food and has to be washed because the box couldnt be closed shut. So, not worth it-especially at the high price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Bentgo lunch boxes. These are so great for kids going to school, at home lunches, in the car snack or lunch idea, daycares and picnics! The Bentgo lunch box holds plenty of food and snacks for younger kiddos. There’s enough room for a whole sandwich, fruits veggies and snacks. My daughter took hers to lunch this week and she fit a sandwich, yogurt, carrots, dip, crackers and strawberries. I love that the Bentgo is spill proof so taking the yogurt made me feel good! It has rubber edges so if the kids drop it, it won’t break! So great for kids. I absolutely love the removable ice tray. It kept her lunch cold until lunch time. I also love that it’s dishwasher and microwave safe! So great and easy to clean and take care of. Definitely a must purchase for any family with kids or even adults taking there lunch to work!

I ordered this Bentgo box for my young daughter. And she loves it so much. She mostly loves that it’s pink haha. But I love how easy it is to clean and store. Also it is so nice that it has a rubber material around the entire box to protect it from drops which young children often do! As a preschooler the size is absolutely perfect for her. She enjoys eating out of it!

These lunch boxes are spacious and sturdy and good for kids. Icepack is nice addition to keep the food cool. Only complain is that the boxes are little heavier and may not be suitable for very small kids if they have to carry it on their own. Customer service is great and they promptly take care of any issues.

The product is good for elementary school (age 5-8). It would be a bit small for older children. The ice pack stays cold enough for school and is a nice alternative than a separate ice back. We had an issue with the clasp popping open so we would use a rubber band when we sent the lunchbox to school. However, customer service is excellent (5 stars for customer service).
