We just purchased this to use for the new school year. Only on week 3 of school and the latch doesn’t stay secure. It’s disappointing and I am concerned that the lunch is going to spill all over my child’s backpack. Even empty, the latch doesn’t snap tight. Also, the compartments are a little small, even for elementary level kids.

My kids really like this lunch box. I feel better knowing that they can easily access their food without having to struggle with opening containers or packages at school. I also love that the ice pack is built in for the kids. But make sure you only put the tray in the dishwasher if you have to, not the outter shell. I did not realize that, and the shell warped and caused the lid not to shut. Customer service was very helpful and replaced my lunch box.

My kids love their snack boxes and I love packing them. I have one for my kinder daughter and one for my 14 month old son I use when I take him to baby class. My only complaint is that the ones I got weren't easy to close but Bentgo is ever so kindly and easily sending me replacements. Thanks Bentgo! Wonderful customer service!

This is a great size for my preschool, she uses it every day. She also prefers to use the removable tray so that she can eat her lunch with the heavy top falling down. We are really disappointed that this lunch box is prone to mold, even after hand washing and using several types of cleaners. I wish that was better.

I bought two of these for my girls for school. They absolutely love them and so do I. It makes making school lunches every morning easy! One of them did stop latching so I reached out to customer service and after a few emails they shipped out a new one! Amazing product and amazing customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the Bentgo Kids Snack Container about a month ago for my son. He has some health issues and needs to have healthy snacks available at school and when we're on the go. I absolutely love this snack container. It's perfectly sized for healthy portions and is easy to take along with us on the go, or in his lunch box for school snack time. It provides an ample amount of room for juat about anything and is so portable. I also love how easy it is to take apart and wash. This definitely makes snack time more fun and a lot easier. My sons favorite snack is vanilla yogurt and sliced strawberries and this container is perfect for that. I have used it for candy, crackers, chips, popcorn, peanuts, and other things and it works great every time.

Love these chill boxes for easy morning lunch prep with the freezer pack ready to go! The spaces are perfect size for a sandwich, fruit, pretzels/goldfish, and a treat. Or at least that’s how I use it and it takes the guesswork out of “what to send for lunch?” on early mornings! Customer service was so quick to work with too when we had a latch snap.

This bentgo box is great, but unfortunately the box won’t close properly and keeps opening. I love the idea of keeping my sons food cool, but it makes a mess for him in his lunch bag. Hopefully it’s only a defect and I can get a proper replace ment.

My daughter received this as a gift. She’s doesn’t eat much of a lunch and is more of a snacker so was excited for this product plus it’s not super bulky and liked that it comes with the cooking pack. Unfortunately it wouldn’t close/seal properly. Wasn’t sure Id be able to have this resolved without hassle, but customer service was quick to respond and will be replacing this item. Thanks so much!

I bought one of the Bentgo Kids Chill lunchboxes to try alongside our multiple Bentgo Kids 5 compartment boxes. I like the integrated chilled tray and find it nice when I want to take just the lunch box without an additional outer lunch bag/box with ice packs. Sometimes it can be finicky about getting the trays inserted perfectly and I wish it has a small dip compartment, but it is a great option overall!
