Good little AC unit. Blows cold and steady, works well for smaller rooms. It’s not quiet but most window units of this type aren’t.

I wanted a simple ac unit that was controlled woth knobs and not an electronic board. This ac unit is working perfectly so far. I am happy with it

Knob fell off after arrival which was only be able to be operated with pliers for a short while before returning it and reordering another one.

Good for the price.. We have had a record hot summer and we bought 2 of these 5,000 BTU units. They were good for our small rooms.

It’s pretty small but it cools really well. I got it for my bedroom. But if I leave the door open it cools down the whole floor

Before bringing it up to our cabin, I tested it out at our condo. It kept the whole place cool at the lower setting and our A/C never kicked in. 50 degree air coming out of it.

Was a cool oasis when home warranty left me with blazing west windows for over a month while they managed ñot to send anyone to fix t.he central air. They still haven't, but my son-in-law sent someone. I will have this as a backup.

Great little air conditioner at a good price. The controls are a little funky, not really sure what setting you're getting. I turn the knob until it sounds like the AC is on!?! If not for this I'd give it 5 stars.

it is a very noisy unit and does not have a temperature setting, so you have to manually turn the coolness and fan intensity up and down. overall a great deal for the price!
