Bought four of these for my kids to take to school. We were hoping to not have to use so many plastic bags, but after 6 months 3 of them are no longer usable. A few of them have warped in the dish washer (always put on the top rack). I was really hoping these would last longer for the price, but now they are just more plastic that will be thrown away.

We purchased this in August for our children and it has handled well under heavy use. We use this every day with our kids. It has suitable compartments for veggies, fruits, a snack and a larger portioned compartment for a main course. We use these for lunches and they’ve held up quite well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bento box. It’s helped eliminate baggies for snacks which I hate. It easily holds carrots and dip. Apples and peanut butter etc. there are so many snack varieties you could use this for. My son often takes cheese, pepperoni and crackers and this really is perfect. It does leak, it’s easy to clean and fits with plenty of room for sandwich’s, juice and anything else you want to add to lunch. I’m really a fan and recommend.

I bought a set of lunch and snack boxes. I am very satisfied with my purchase.The food remains fresh and I have not noticed any leak thus far. I contacted customer services as the lunch box was hard to open and they reacted quickly, sending me a replacement box.

We love our Bentgo lunchboxes! We have the kids lunchbox, the chill lunchbox, and the snack box, and all of the styles are perfect for our kids to use. I have even used the Chill for myself, it holds a good amount of food. I had an issue, but the customer service is great and has replacements on the way to me!

I bought this four months ago, have been cleaning per instructions. Product warped and won’t close now, though I am told I am getting a replacement. Also, the two large bento boxes in the lunchbox are a tad small, can be a tight squeeze to get half a sandwich or an applesauce/yogurt pouch to fit.

I am a pediatric registered dietitian and I absolutely love these boxes. I use them for myself, my husband and my kids (ages 3.5 and 18 months), and always recommend them to my patients. After about 9 months of continued use, the Bentgo Chill did develop mold on the silicone liner and despite multiple attempts to remove it nothing helped. However, I reached out to Bentgo and they replaced it very seamlessly for which I am very grateful.

This is a staple product in our household. Functional with is without the ice tray which I love. It’s super spacious which allows for a variety of snacks and you can even separate them with silicone inserts or cupcake liners. Have been using this product for over 3 years and we keep coming back!

We have had these chill boxes almost 2 years. In the past few month, some of them broke so I contacted customer service. They sent new boxes as they stuck to their 2-year warranty! Will definitely keep doing business with Bentgo. Chill boxes are great for toddler age and easy to open and close.
