We have two of these! They are easy to clean and have lots of space. The integrated ice pack is awesome and effective. We did have an issue with one of the box’s sealing between compartments. When I reached out to the support team, they were very helpful, quick to respond, and are in the process of solving the issue for us. Overall very happy with these products!

Bought for my kindergartener at the start of school year. Perfect size for portions and very easy for my child to open and close. Had an issue requiring warranty replacement and was amazed by the quick and seamless process of replacement….excellent customer service!

We bought a few of these a year ago and after a little while, it became impossible to get all four sides of top to snap shut. I can usually get 3 sides snapped if I spend a minute to do so, but the last side never fully shuts. We have taken care of it the way instructions note (too rack dishwasher safe). The issue is that, food items/liquid spill out since it can’t be completely shut. When my kid returns from daycare, the backpack is completely covered in food and has to be washed because the box couldnt be closed shut. So, not worth it-especially at the high price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great container for kids lunches. I like the individual compartments and I love that it has the slide out freezer pack that is underneath the food to keep it cool. It opens easily and closes tightly to keep food fresh.

I was already a fan of the original Bentgo lunchboxes but the Bentgo Chill Lunchbox just took things to the next level! My son’s daycare doesn’t have a fridge and the freezer pack for this lunchbox keeps things cool from when I pack his lunch in the morning until they eat. They are also still leak proof and keep his food fresh. Highly recommend!

However this is a very simplified and easy to use as an every day lunch enhancement. We enjoyed the fact that it was two compartments and I can add snacks or proteins. And my son was able to choose what he wants to eat during his lunchtime. The colors were very intriguing. I love the fact that the box separated into two parts when it came to cleaning. Also it was very easy to open for my son. And everything was sealed once closed. We enjoyed this box.

We got one of these as a gift and we’re very excited. I love the prospect of having the built-in ice pack. However, we have had some issues with this leaking. We are going to give it another try since all of our other Bentgo products have been fabulous. I will update with the results!

I bought this product to send with my 2.5 year old at summer day care. It is the perfect size to fill her up. Speaking as a teacher, I love this box because my child can open and close it on her own, which is helpful when there is a room full of kids. This creates independence!

I purchased two of these Bentgo Chill Kids Lunch Boxes because I wanted the built in ice pack for my child’s lunch. I tested it at home - after 3.5 hours, the string cheese was warm and rubbery. The ice pack was warm. I took the internal temperature of the cheese and it was 75 degrees- ick! I’m glad I tested it before sending to school, but disappointed I need to figure out something else…

We tried the vent go chill box and had trouble closing the clasp. With a quick email over to customer service within two emails we have a new one being sent our way. Customer service was so easy to deal with. We can’t wait to get back to using our bed go chill lunchbox
