My *almost* two year old loves his Bentgo box! He knows the food inside the box is just for him and he loves checking out what’s inside. I really like the ice pack to freeze and that the tray is dishwasher safe. Only feedback is I do wish the boxes with an ice tray came with different tray configurations.

We love this lunch box! I was so happy to finally have a good option for keeping my kids lunch cool! The only down side is that it is difficult for my kids to close (mostly just the kindergardener) and sometimes the ice pack can become stuck inside of the try and it takes a little wiggling to get it out. Otherwise, an awesome lunch box option!

We have been long time bentgo box users and I was excited to see a new design come out that keeps my kids lunches cool through the day! The design of the box is very smooth and estheticly looks pleasing to the eye. However, I am still very partial to the kids boxes from the original line. The compartments in the new box are smaller and there is no option to make the meals ahead of time & snap a lid on to keep in the fridge. (We appreciate being able to meal prep with the other boxes). I am not discounting that this is a good box - just doesn’t fit our needs at the moment and I find myself using the other boxes more than this one. The concept is great and I am glad we were able to try it out.

My son is special needs going into kindergarten. We werre told he needs to know how to manage his lunch alone (part of the progress for the special needs class). He has been practicing with his Bentgo and its working out perfectly! He only neds to open one container and then he can choose which foods he wants to eat. Its very convenient!

Good product overall. I'm used to more technical gear, which can maintain temperature for extended/predictable amounts of time. However, this does a good enough job for school lunches. The latch can be a little difficult to open/close, even for the adults in the house.

Bought a purple one last year for my granddaughter and this year for my grandson to start school. We love them! Had an issue last year with the freezer part not fitting. I sent photos and you replaced it immediately! Great customer service! Adding to our bentgo collection with lunchbags this year!

We got these hoping we could get away with not having to use an ice pack (because we know they would get lost). Unfortunately they don't stay as cold as expected. The inserts don't stack nicely like the original ones when storing them. Also, I would have liked if they opened completely like the other ones. The pros would be the clasp seems more durable and the compartments sizes are better for bigger kids. It fits nicely in the Bentgo backpack which thankfully has a zippered compartment where we put another ice pack they can't lose. Overall it's a great little lunchbox, I think I just got so used to the old ones it will take some time to adjust.

Love the set for lunch and a snack option. I bought one set for my daughter and one for my son and they both love them. They have used them everyday for school lunch the last 6 weeks and I’ve had no issues. They are easy to clean, I hand wash so I don’t mess up the seal.

A great, study lunchbox. Ice pack is inside, so it doesn't sweat. I did have some issues with the tray getting stuck inside the lid, so be careful when you put it together. Overall, I am buying a 2nd, plus the extra tray to prep multiple lunches at once. I recommend!

I ordered this for my oldest son because he didn’t want a patterned lunch box holder. It does keep his lunch cold and fits nicely in his backpack. The problem is in the design. When the ice pack is in, it works like a charm. Without the ice pack the lunch box does leak. I am going to keep it and just always put the ice pack in.
