Convenient ice pack. Some issues with mold developing, but company offered to replace. Great customer service!

This has been a really great lunchbox for preschool. I also had an issue with the box and customer service replaced. Great company!

My son has had a bentgo both years of preschool he loves it and I love that he knows how to open and close it

Unfortunately only 3 months into use one of the dowels on the latch broke off making it unusable. Also found that it never fully closed all the way.

I love the sleek design of this lunch box and the included ice pack. Customer service has always been great when I have had an issue.

Cute little snack box, but the lid doesn’t open flat like the lunchbox. Not sure it will work as well for my toddler.

My children love this lunchbox! I love it too and I don't have to worry about them leaving the icepack at school because it's internal.

I bought this one year ago, and now I received another as replacement, because they have warranty.. excellent!!
