Sam's club box packers need to add a bit more padding to the boxes. Black Silk coffee is amazing but not usable if it's scattered throughout the shipping box. Sam's Club customer service is sending a replacement for the coffee that was open and spilled. Hoping this review will help the club resolve packaging/shipping issues.

Coffee was delivered unboxed left out in the rain and exposed to tampering no privacy as to what I'm purchasing totally unacceptable! I threw it out now because unsafe. This is the second time. What does it take to box an item? I've lost over $30 dollars due to their mishandling and lack of appreciation of my business
