I ordered this because I already have an older Bottle Buddy 3 bottle holder and it’s a great product, and has lasted over 5 years. However, I am comparing the original one I purchased and this new one, and I noticed that the vertical poles that hold up the shelves are not as thick as the original. I can’t say if it will be as sturdy as the original, as I will have to wait and see, but, as so many other products…manufacturers start using lower quality materials to cut costs and it’s unfair to the consumers. Like I said, I will have to see if the product holds up, with time, but I still think it’s not fair.

The Bottle Buddy is exactly what we needed to store extra bottles for our office water cooler. 100% plastic, and not fancy at all. Easy assembly, and is sturdy once assembled. The tray to protect the floor is a great idea. Couldn't be happier with the quality and price!

So glad I decided to make this purchase. I bought a cooler for my home and get water home deliver and I got tired of looking at all the bottles scattered on the dining room floor. So I actually bought two shelves. One that holds five bottles, and one that holds three, which I keep in the kitchen where my cooler is. Hey, you guessed it, "I love water". It is my preferred drink.

Ordered a water cooler from Sam's On-line, and it had arrived damaged. I called the original shipper's number in the packaging papers, and explained the problem, and that the cooler was unusable. No problem! They original shipper entered an order for a replacement, which shipped out the same day. And I received the replacement order in about 3-4 days, in perfect condition. They even added extra packing around the entire carton. This experience was totally "no-hassle" and I thanked them for being so helpful, as this was to be a gift, and I was really disappointed that it had arrived damaged. I'm very satisfied with the entire transaction.

This water caddy really works well. It's light, compact, and extremely easy to put together. I had it built and in place within 5 minutes. It's currently holding three full 5 gallon water bottles so it seems sturdy enough as well. The ability to potentially expand to more slots is also a plus. Definitely recommend!

The description is misleading. One picture shows this unit holding 9 bottles. What you purchase only holds 3 bottles. Flimsy and cheap.

This Bottle Buddy is angled to hold bottles at an angle facing downwards. Don't try using this if your bottles are not brand new and the caps have a supertight seal: Otherwise they will leak all over.

I love how I now have more space!!!! Easy to put together. Love the extra side pallet to collect any water droppings. Didn’t look strong and sturdy but boy was I proven wrong. Ended up getting another one to give to my parents!

Perfect for its job, not oversized. It's fits right next to a shelving unit in my basement. Hold the three bottles without a problem. I will update when I fill my water jugs if there's any issue!
