[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this refrigerator last fall, and so far so good. I love the design and style in the ability to change the panels. The glass front makes it so easy to keep clean and I feel I do see less smudges and marks compared to stainless steel. The room inside, and the four drawers have been great and so far I feel I’ve had plenty of room for everything I need. The ice bins are a great touch and the secret door to fill water is amazing, I find us using the water pitcher feature on our refrigerator multiple times a day.

The built in water pitcher with infuser is the best and the two different sizes of ice is off the chain. I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 weeks ago and it is a great fridge. Many nice features, like 2 sizes of ice cubes, auto fill pitcher and water dispenser inside a door. Had to remove a shelf to get more space for tall containers. This is the only problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] looks great and the pitcher is my favorite part. Ice maker is nice but seems to be low on ice all the time. Outside is a nice slick look. I am not pleased that the shelf's do not have more options to move in the fridge for better storage.

We bought this refrigerator and fell in love with the features. We love the idea of changing colors. Glass is much easier to keep clean than stainless!! However one of my shelves the white decorative design is coming off. Well customer service just can’t figure out what shelf to send me… I’ve had 2 wrong ones sent after numerous phone calls. I’m at my wits end. Bottom line product is good but if you need to deal with customer DON’T!!! Deal with the problem or buy something else.

This replaced an old side by side refrigerator and we're so happy with all the extra space this provides. Love the features of the in the door beverage center and 2 size icemaker. Very pleased with our purchase so far!

I bought this Bespoke Refrigerator 17 months ago. It has been somewhat of a disappointment, especially given the cost. Now after replacing the water filter, it will not dispense water or make ice, replaced with another new filter with the same results. Removing the filter is supposed to bypass the filter and allow ice and water to be made with UNfiltered water. Unfortunately, it also leaks water into the fridge and out onto the floor. After only 17 months, I find this unacceptable at any price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the fridge for almost 1 month. I do love the glass panels to write notes on & I love the beverage center! You never know how much you are going to love something until you have it. With our old fridge, the icemaker did not work, so I had to fill a gallon jug each day for the countertop ice maker. Now when I have to use that or fill the dog bowl - it is just so easy to pour & the pitcher fills itself. I do wish this fridge could keep up with my ice use. It cannot keep up with me, I still have to use the countertop ice maker. Also, in my opinion the top shelf seems a little flimsy. I would not put heavy items up there. Also, I wish the freezer had a convenient pull out type drawer on the freezer door, like my old fridge had. I do love how you can control the fridge from the app.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to purchase a refrigerator for a replacement and previously had a Samsung refrigerator that worked really well that I was happy with. But this new bespoke model absolutely blows the previous model out of the water. The beverage center is very useful especially for my kids. It also results in a sleek and modern design that compliments my kitchen very nicely. The fridge is very spacious and fits everything I need for my family of four. The freezer is adequate as well but space can be a bit tight due to the ice drawer. Overall I am very happy and definitely would recommend.
