I didn't want to rush and did my research to find the one that fits my situation. I'm a single guy who needs a decent size refrigerator with a reasonable price. My work offers a discount program and utilizing my first responder discount even get me a very compeieitive price on this item and really liked it overall, especiialy the Beverage Center that provide a built-in pitcher. 2 size Ice making is also very useful and sizable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had his refrigerator for a month. We first saw the Bespoke at a house we rented for July 4th. Our friends were like we are going home and buying one. We had issues with our previous fridge from the day we installed it. The tech told us that we purchased the first year and there are a bunch of problems. We are so excited to have the Bespoke. Our previous fridge had the drawer which we really liked. I created another zone for the compression which could have contributed to some of our issues. Our kids are becoming teenagers so I don't know we need the drawer as much, so we got the 3 door. We all love the beverage center. The one thing we do not like is the bottom drawers are wider then the doors so we have to open both doors to open the drawer. BTW - our friends did purchase one after we got ours.

Space in awesome with 30sq feet. Blows away the side by side. only issue is trying to connect to internet app. No big deal, sure I'm doing it wrong. LOVE IT

The spacious refrigerator is wonderful, and the freezer is beautifully designed. The freezer can hold a whole lot of stuff. And importantly, it's easy to find what I need. This refrigerator exceeds the expecations I had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit because it was counter depth and 70 in. It has the appearance that I was looking for and the two condenser one compressor technology seems to work great to control freezer and fridge temps. Time will tell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how much room it has! We had the unit for a few months and the compressor had to be replaced. The only two issues that I wished were better was the beverage center door does not have an alarm if it gets left open (and it gets left open a LOT), and the middle section on the left hand door hardly ever catches to close and the center line is left open causing condensation inside the fridge. I also have not been able to level it to a point that both doors can stay open. I asked the technician when he was replacing the compressor and he said it's nearly impossible. Other than that, no real issues. It looks nice, it's nice inside and the beverage center is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my refrigerator for a few weeks and I couldn't be happier. We especially love the two ice choices and the water pitcher in the door. The glass front is so easy to clean It makes cleaning the kitchen after meals a bit quicker.

Left a review last week and wanted to update it but Samsung seems to make that pretty difficult. Fridge was looked at by a repair tech and he determined it was unfixable. So we called Samsung support and holy cow has it been an experience. They wouldn’t send out a replacement unit and would only reimburse us. But the problem is they would only reimburse us for the fridge and not the panels lol. After fighting with support they finally decided to refund me for the entire cost but told me I would need to dispose of the fridge. So I bought a fridge from Samsung that didn’t make it 3 years. Had to fight for full reimbursement and was told I would need to pay someone to remove the pile of junk. It was after this experience I didn’t just decide to never buy a Samsung appliance again but I will now never own anything with Samsung on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased for my kitchen remodel. I wanted a smaller fridge to match the counter depth. I was concerned that it would be too small but it's not. It lines up nicely in my small kitchen and it actually has plenty of space. I don't love the shelving in the fridge or maybe it has more drawers than I am used too. The freezer looked small too but it hold everything just fine. Of course, the beverage center is the crown Jewel. The self filling pitcher is great. It's the main attraction.

I was able to get rid of my stand alone water filter pitcher now that I have one built into my door. There is a TON of room for all of our items. The duel ice maker is an added bonus, we love the little nuggets. Not sure what the purpose of the white shelf over the ice trays is for since there is a clear one underneath it. If someone knows, please tell me! Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and would recommend to everyone!
