Hello Whomp, we’re happy you shared your perspective on your Samsung refrigerator and pleased to hear the water feature has been a highlight for you. If the water filter has been breaking during replacement, this can sometimes be related to filter fit or locking alignment. Relieving water pressure before removal and ensuring a genuine Samsung filter is used can help prevent the filter from binding or breaking in the housing. Fully unlocking the filter housing before inserting a new filter is also important, especially when installing updated filter designs.
