controller quot working after 1 hour wont even charge

I brought this item for my grandson he love it

I haven’t even had it long and the left trigger is broken, I take good care of my products.

Product came exactly like advertised, nice reddish/burgundy color. I love it

always buy protection plan. it works not more then 2 years, than starts freezing and shifting
