Not sure why people have such bad experiences with controllers. Stop being so rough on them?….never had a stick drift issue or any issue with any of the 4 remotes I've owned for almost 2 years now

I waited literally a hour for one thing and it was horrible service I had to cal 5 times till some one picked and 20 mins just for someone to finally come outside.

My son loves the controller! We're going tomorrow to the Central store to buy my son a cell phone. ( Metro) I'm hoping the salesperson will set it up for us. Thank you
